We've had our cars serviced at Fast Lane for many years. Sue and Stuart are great to work with. Our cars get just what they need. No more, no less. I recently took my wife's car for an alignment at a another "reputable" shop and they tried to overcharge for a needed repair. Fast Lane did the repair for half the cost while using OEM parts. Who knows what parts the other shop would have used.

Do NOT buy a car from them.i bought a car from them a year an a half ago, which should not have ever passed nys inspection due to there was a rotted hole (the size of a pop can) in my motor cradle. also since buying it my exhaust system rotted completely through in 2 different areas with in a year of having it. And the whole underneath seems to be rotted, which don’t get me wrong I understand this is nys but like a vehicle should not be sold for what I paid for it , in the shape it was in. I'm extremely disappointed, and definitely wayy over paid for the vehicle.

If you want the absolute worst service humanly possible and love getting grossly overcharged take your car to fast lane automotive! If you like good service and not getting ripped off take your car LITERALLY any place else!

Being that I have an older truck, I run into issues with it due to age, and fast lane so far has had a solution to any issue that I've had. They do a great job, they are honest, and they also relay additional issues with your truck and will recommend they be fixed, which is nice. Sue the owner is a really nice lady and her workers do a great job. I usually have them fix issues, rotate tires, and do my yearly inspection and I have never had a problem with them. I recommend their service.
