My favorite dollar general!!! ?EVERYONE that works there is absolutely awesome!! They have ALWAYS treated me so kindly! I'm usually there a few times a week and especially in these times, can really appreciate their prices!(and LOVE the app haha) ? Customer service is important to me and everyone here exceeds my expectations!

I hate to give a business a bad review because of one employee. I went in the store to purchase a gift card that turned into a nightmare. The employee gave me a reloadable atm card that was inactive after I put 500 on it . Then 3 days going trying to get my money back from the actual store . When I called another employee was very helpful she went above and beyond to help me and I completely am grateful ?. Day 2 I called to see when they would have my money the manager was extremely rude all because I want my money back and my husband who is coming home from military we need it for our documents so he can come home . We are on a standstill because of this store. Never purchase cards from this store .
