Great customer service! Sue at Designer Sportswear has helped me with 2 different versions of my company logo over the years and I have been very happy with how they turn out when I have her stitch them to the fleeces I get for my staff (to keep them warm at work in the winter) and my mock turtlenecks I wear myself. The quality of the apparel and the embroidery are great and I will keep going back to her going forward. Price is reasonable too.

July 18th 2017 we were browsing the street front on Webster Avenue in North Tonawanda New York. Designer embroidery and 80 Webster Avenue my wife was attracted to a beautiful graphic shirt in the front window so we went inside to see if they could Supply her size. They didn't have that particular size of shirt in the window but they didn't have the graphic print. A wonderful owner of the store spent significant time with my wife giving her options on shirts and sweatshirts and showing her many graphic prints which she could apply at short notice same day on those shirts. After much selecting and filtering down the results my wife picked a lovely blue tea and a very fine sweatshirt to put her" Shaman woman" and her " power animals" transfers on her selected shirts. The owner said it would just be a short time to have them transferred onto the shirts so we browsed up the street for about 20 minutes went back to the store in the two selections were already printed folded and ready to take. Very kind woman who took care of us and he's a very large heart. A worthwhile stop if you're in the area of North Tonawanda.

Sue is a wonderful person to work with. Very professional and knows her business very well. She is the most efficient perfectionist I have ever known. It has been my experience that if you want perfection you wait, that is not the case at all with Sue at Designer Sportswear. No product leaves the shop unless it's exactly what your looking for and if it's not she works very hard to get you exactly what you need!!! I needed a small order for our group that leaves for Paris in 2 weeks. Well as promised they are done and they are beautiful! Thank you Sue

After searching the website to see whether or not this place carries plus sizes, I did a search for items made in the USA. The website returned no women's wear and only three men's items made in USA. I called the store to see if there were in fact any woman's items made in the USA. The woman who answered the phone was very helpful but after seven minutes looking through vendors, found no women's tops made in USA. She was able to recommend hoodies, henleys and other items, but no t-shirts. The owner was interviewed by CBC about Trump. She thinks all the protesters across the country are a bunch of 'whining millennials' who grew up with a system 'sugar coating' things all their lives. "They don't have any idea of the real world. They feel like they're entitled to everything and they don't have to work for anything." I make a point of patronizing businesses with good values - treat workers well, environmental practices, etc. Insulting customers is no way to run a business. What she should realize is that many millennials are willing to pay extra for union made and Made in USA items, despite having more student debt than any generation before us. So, if you agree with Billy Bragg, "The revolution is just a t-shirt away" look elsewhere for yours. Nasty women and millennials not welcome here.

I have dealt with Sue since the middle 80's and she has ALWAYS done a great job! She is very knowledgeable, friendly, has great ideas to further your needs, has expanded slowly and steadily and is steadfast in her business. Would go NOWHERE else when it comes to screenprinting or embroidery. She is right on point, experienced, and knows the business. She will never "give you the business" and you will never be sorry or worried when taking your business to her. She has outlived her competition!!!
