Good gym with everything you'd need for strength training or cardio, including barbell equipment. They offer day/week passes, which is what I'm using while in town. If you're interested in a temporary pass, I'd recommend calling early, because staff isn't always present. Would be a member if I lived nearby.

I’m only two months in & train with Joe 2 days a week & he gives me the other 5 days in a program. No guess work on the days I’m on my own . Joe is very punctual with our time , very knowledgeable on not only the human body , but also in targeting muscle groups . I started my journey weighing in at 208 lbs & already down to 187 lbs . Never felt so alive being 61 years old , I feel I’m in the best shape & place in my life . Very clean facility & great equipment! Don’t forget to have him personalize a diet program for you !

Joe is the most involved trainer I have worked with. He has a lifestyle change program that is customized exactly to you and your schedule and he truly cares about you achieving your goals. I am so glad I found this place, I didn’t think trainers like this existed!

Amazing Gym experience. Our gym members are amazing and great to work with. I'm the manager and a trainer at the gym. We provide a very hands on experience for our members so they are gaining knowledge as they embark on their health and fitness journey.

Just got back from the outdoor boot camp. It was great, Was a little hot but not too bad. It didn’t affect the workout just sweated a little bit more. Thank Goodness for the social distancing no one was close enough to smell me. Been doing the virtual classes also. Those are great too. But nothing beats doing them in person.

A friend of mine asked me to join her for a pound fitness class. I've been to pound classes before, so I thought I knew what to expect. When I arrived at the small studio gym, I was surprised by all of the classes they offer in this space including pound, boot camp and TRX classes. Everyone there, the instructors and the members were extremely kind and inviting. What made this pound class so exciting was not only the amazing set list of rock and pop songs, but the instructor. Holly really knows how to get the class into the songs on an early Saturday morning. She's having such a good time up there, singing the songs and pounding the sticks, at one point you feel like you are at a rock concert and start to sing along, dance and pound as loud as possible with her! I look forward to taking more classes at this gym. I highly recommend if you are looking for a drop in fitness class to relieve your stress to give this place a shot!

Have been a member since it was 500 fitness. Way too crowded now. Best time to go is 9pm or later to get on equipment.

My husband and I met with Joe recently and joined the gym together. We received a follow up phone call that same day to set up our assessment appointment. We then met with John who handled the assessment with care and respect. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. He even gave us some weight training exercises that same day! The great thing is, we can have our health insurance pay for our membership too.

Well my wife & I just moved into the area & were looking for a place to workout. I need to change my shape & she wants to keep hers! We heard about Before & After and decided to check it out. Our first impression was they offer so many different workout activities. There is some type of fitness regime available for all ages. We met with Joe & he set us up with John the trainer who helped us figure out what exercises we should start with to hit our goals. He gave us an assessment to see where we were at in our fitness (I have a long way to go!) We got a workout plan that will get us started & have been sweating our butts off since. It's nice that we can access the gym 24/7 because we both have flexible schedules.
