I was very impressed with the sales rep and his help in showing the refrigerators that I was interested in. He didn’t rush me out, but let me go around and visit each unit on my own, in my time frame.
The delivery went well and the guys were very careful and friendly. The whole process was very easy.

I purchased a sectional and dining set from American Freight. I had hiccups along the way. There was a manufacturer defect with the sectional and the store took it back without question offered a replacement, exchange or refund. I picked something different. A couple hundred dollars more, they waived the difference for the inconvenience. They did everything they could to make the situation right. Also had some hiccups with the ordering of my table, again outside of their control, they did all they could do to get me what I wanted. Took a little longer but I did get my table. Great customer service!

I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK AND I DO NOT recommend American Freight Appliances & Furniture. They literally sold my husband a floor model with out telling him he was buying it, than when we showed then the damage on the loveseat they tried to say that the delivery people did it but yet it literally was falling apart, so they offered a 75 dallor credit and switched out the set for a new one we were okay with but than yesterday we called them twice to see if our delivery was on the way and they told us BOTH times it will be delivered yesterday (10/5/24) by 7pm BUT NEVER WAS! So than my husband had to go and pick up the set his self and he tells me that they sold us a LOVESEAT that they DO NOT HAVE! BUT YET FRIDAY 10/4/24 WE WERE TOLD THEY HAVE THE LOVESEAT AND COUCH in the back in a boxs! I WAS TOLD BY THE MANAGER THAT SHE CANT NOT DO ANYTHING ELSE FOR US! They literally gave me the worst experience I have ever had! This makes me not want anything from them! I LITERALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

Amazing quality furniture and wonderful employees. Not only did I get my dream furniture set at an affordable price, but I also got next day delivery which was awesome not having to wait. Janelle and Brandon were both wonderful in a process that can be stressful to many, especially being 8 months pregnant. They both went out of their way for me and made sure I left there with a big smile on my face!
