We booked Alder creek for our baby shower. No doubt its an amazing venue but seems like management is a joke. Our contract says we can’t use confetti or colors and we agreed to it. We did gender reveal with balloons as u can see in pictures but they said we did confetti. We didn’t do confetti. Yes there were kids who bursted our balloons and those balloons were also without confetti. Still these people lied that we destroyed their Ceiling and kept our entire deposit. When we asked about copy of cleaning bill and photos for the same they didn’t even bother to respond to us. We gave 100 dollar cash to hall attendant for cleaning apart from the contract cleaning payment. We did 2 functions in past in buffalo no bad experience but this kind of behavior we didn’t expect. If you need more money be upfront. If you want to deduct be honest and show us proofs instead of ignoring emails.

What a great venue for our son and daughter-in-law's wedding. Staff were so accommodating and helpful. The venue is beautiful, spacious, clean, up-to-date, and accessible. More than enough room for the 130 wedding guests. Reasonably priced.

Honestly. If I could give this venue a million stars I would. For the price I paid (CHEAP!!), my wedding was absolutely stunning and everything a bride could ask for and more. Every person I dealt with was extremely helpful, and always happy. This venue is seriously beautiful. I can’t even explain it. We had issues with our (drop off) caterer and I can only hope that people don’t tie that with Alder Creek because it had nothing to do with them, and they had my back every step of the way with that. If you are thinking of hosting an event here, including a wedding, I 100% recommend this banquet facility. The gazebo outside was also beautiful for my ceremony!!Edit: these are photos I took during set up. The day of was way more beautiful and when I get pictures back I will add them. We also never had a line for drinks, the bartenders were 100% on point!

A really nice venue for weddings and events. Had a pre-wedding party here and the process for renting the hall and decorating was very smooth, wonderful staff - Patty and Phil were very organized and helpful!

On December 7th, we celebrated my daughters Quinceañera at the Adams Fire Hall/Alder Creek Banquet Facility. Our traditional coming of age party for my daughter was a success and my husband and I have Patti, Bob, Phil, Billy and the 2 bartenders to thank most of it for. They were tremendously a huge help to us. They were friendly, professional, courteous, attentive and all of our guest loved them. The facility is beautiful, clean, elegant and the staff was accommodating. I have nothing but great things to say about the Alder Creek Banquet Facility and it’s staff. I can go on and on. Thank you so much for all your help during the event and the months leading up to it. You guys are awesome!!
