Never feel welcome when I go in the overnight guy doesn't even say hi or how are u always in a bad mood everytime I shop he stares at me with a dirty look don't like to throw anyone under the bus but something needs to be done cause I literally feel uncomfortable coming here when he is working

Would be nice if she didn’t sit on her phone and watch tik toks the entire time and not say a word. Oh and sits in a chair then pulls out all the money in front of you. That’s how you get robbed. Don’t know if she is the owner or no, be either way not good customer service. I rather go across the street

They put on window sign with no exact change. That’s illegal. Store must have change for customer!!!! They only take credit card.

None of the employees wear a mask or if they do its not on properly.

No masks or not worn properly. Even the customers are not safe or asked to leave if not following guidelines.

Guy behind the counter yells at me with an attitude to "wear a mask" when I walk in but yet he's eating behind the counter and not wearing a mask!!! Where's the logic in that???

They denied me pizza at 8:30pm on a friday because the worker there didnt want to make it for me. He was rude and inconsiderate towards a loyal customer that spent more then $22 just in snacks. Then he asked his coworker if he wanted to argue with me about the fact that i wanted him to make my pizza. I felt shamed and humiliated in front of others and while he was standing there he was on his phone during work hours. I dont know but it seems i have no choice but to try a different 7/11.
