When you walk into Welch and Company, there could be 20 people in the store and you feel like you are the only one! The personalized attention that you receive is remarkable! The quality, diversity of products and the knowledge of Dan, Luz and company is tremendous! Never hesitate to ask if you do not see what you envision because they will do everything to make it happen! They are only interested that you are smiling and pleased when you leave there. Customer service? No! Customer Excellence at its finest!

I brought my ring in (not purchased through Welch and Co) for repair after a prong broke. They gave me a timeline, stuck to it, and did a great job. I had a moment of skepticism likely caused by poor experiences elsewhere, but they were able to calmly help show me where their repair was performed versus was what existing, and then I felt bad for doubting them but I liked their transparency and patience. I would love to purchase pieces here in the future, they are great!

Welch & Co Jewelers offered top-of-the-line service for me and I wasn't even a customer. I brought in an engagement ring that I purchased online to be resized and they notified me that it wasn't real and couldn't resize it. They provided me with a jewelers certificate detailing the process they used to determine that it was fake, withstood the online vendor's threats, and dealt with me when I was asking millions of questions. They did all of this for free, with a smile, and they made sure I felt like they actually wanted to help me. I cannot think of, or even dream of for that matter, a place that deserves a 5 star review as much as Welch & Co. Thank you Luz!

My first time visiting this jewelers store! Great selection and atmosphere inside! I called a day prior to get help with my new Bulova watch as it was extremely loose. I believe the store manager assisted me with taking off links with a small fee. Super friendly and kind staff. Thank you again for all the help and quickness

I truly believe that reviews do matter! I received a necklace for Christmas that needed to be shortened. A friend of mine recommended that I check out Welch & Co. Jewelers. I looked them up, read a few reviews and decided they would be my first stop. I was immediately impressed with how personable, professional and knowledgeable Luz and her staff were. I also really liked the ambience. I felt welcomed and "at home" as soon as I walked through the door. Needless to say, a $30 "necklace adjustment" turned into so much more! My husband and I decided to upgrade my wedding band set for our 10 year wedding anniversary. With Luz's help, the whole process was really enjoyable.
