Everyone one at this location is rude, lazy and have lack experience in customer service. They never ever answer their phones and when they do, they act as if they are doing the customer a favor. Good service is the invisible product and your staff needs training in both service and in their knowledge of their job. I sat there yesterday with 4 strangers who were all in shock from the treatment givin to them from employees with little to no skill sets to be successful. I blame Walgreens and the revolving door of Lead Pharmacists for all the poor training. Only bright spot is the pharmacist who goes by the name, Ryan. He's honest, smart and surrounded by a group of lazy underlings who believe they are good at their jobs... Au contraire!!!! Poor Ryan working in the land of misfits!!! PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM!

Useless. Pharmacy has been closed for days. Not like people need their prescriptions or anything. Even when they're open they're equally useless. Long lines are the norm and half the time they don't even have your stuff ready despite calling and saying they are ready. Changing pharmacies soon.

I have had multiple negative experiences with this pharmacy. I do try to give them the benefit of the doubt due to the staffing shortage, however, some things are unacceptable. Most recently, I went through a very unpleasant withdrawal due to their failure to fill my medication. I was told it would be ready on a Monday, but never received a notification it was ready. 2 days later, I called to check its status, and was told it would be ready later that day. Never received a notification, and the app continued to say the prescription was “in progress.” I called every day for 2 more days (5 days after the initial request, and day 3 of withdrawal) and on the 5th day I spent 1 hour and 38 minutes on hold, only to be hung up on when the staff went on their lunch break. I then spent another 1 hour and 14 minutes on hold when I knew their lunch break was over. Suspecting it might be quicker to call from another line, I stayed on hold and called from a different phone, only to be notified by an automated message saying the pharmacy was closed for the day. This was at 3:30pm on a Friday, and my other phone still had the hold music playing. This pharmacy is now closed Saturdays and Sundays as well, so I was SOL. I have never had a more stressful experience with a pharmacy, nor gone through a more nauseating withdrawal.I called Wegmans that day, who not only dealt with my insurance issue for me (since Walgreens had processed but not filled the prescription), but called another Walgreens to transfer the script from the closed Walgreens in order to cancel it, and had what I needed filled within an hour. Wegmans went above and beyond, and I will now be getting all of my prescriptions through them.I gave 2 stars because I know they’re trying their best. However, this was the last straw for me.

How can a pharmacy be CLOSED on Saturdays and Sunday's!?! I have never heard of this before! I get my prescription filled at this Walgreens for 2 years now and I just ran out and went to pick it up today and found out they are closed on weekends!! This is a daily medication and now I have to skip 2 days of it because I can't even get my prescription until Monday evening! This is absolutely insane.

EXTREMELY disappointing experience here. I am newly eligible to receive the COVID vaccine and was flat-out refused. To turn down someone who has the proof of being eligible and simply wants to help the community heal from this pandemic is disgusting. It's especially disturbing considering the amount of vaccines that go to waste each day. I know many people who are also newly eligible that received vaccines with no issue in nearly any nearby Walgreens. In fact, Walgreens employees were begging these people to inform and bring others that are newly eligible since they had so many appointments/vaccines that were going to waste. DO NOT COME HERE. Afterwards, they proceeded to make me feel awful for trying to get a vaccine. HELLO?!?!? THE MORE PEOPLE THAT GET THE VACCINE THE BETTER! AND IM ELIGIBLE! I cannot express enough how disappointed I am by this, especially after driving 2 hours to get there. I went in excited to be a part of something good within this horrible pandemic and left feeling like an a******* which there was no reason for me to feel like. Reminder to those who might feel bad for getting a vaccine: don't! You are not "taking" anyone else's vaccine! You are helping! You are doing good for the community! Protect yourself and others; get your vaccine!

Walgreens sucks as a business and an employer. Manager was never there when I needed her and would never call back to my messages left. Worst job experience ever. Can't even imagine what it would be like to be a customer looking for answers from the manager if an employee can't even get to her.

While a very clean store, the customer service at the counter is good, but don't try the pharmacy for the same results. While the prescription was long ago done (50 tabs of an antibiotic), but had to be checked by the pharmacist, she allowed a rambling customer to bend her ear for 20 minutes while we sat waiting for her to finish listening to the life story and take care if us, the waiting customer. We had somewhere to be, and finally left, as the conversation continued. Another said it would only be a minute to which I replied it had already been 20 and we had somewhere to be and would return. We returned at 7:20, for a pharmacy scheduled to be open till 8, to find a paper 7pm taped over the 8pm close notice on the entrance door. Of course that was after we walked in and to the back of the store to discover they were closed. Sad that Rite-Aid is now Walgreens, I will take my business to Kinney.
