The owner of this facility needs to contact me ASAP. The unprofessional and condescending staff needs to be addressed! It’s appalling how rude your clerk or so called manager treated us! She actually said you can go somewhere else! I assure you she is making you lose business!!! Unit 240

I was in need of a storage unit at last minute due to family reasons and the staff there were great. I spoke with stephanie and she helped me figure out what my best option was. She stayed a little late that day and set me up perfectly so I could take care of what I needed to do this weekend. What a relief it was to find someone so helpful and caring about my problem.I highly recommend this place and thanks again stephanie for helping us!!!!

Have an ad on the website for first month for $1. When you go into the store, they will not honor the price. Stephanie the GM and property manager said she does not need to honor that price. That is bait and switch. Watch out for this place and their dirty practices.

The staff is always nice & the grounds are always kept clean. It really makes a difference. When we brought our storage back from AZ to Syracuse last year, I'm glad we chose Store America.

This company was horrible to deal with. I had 4 units and my stuff there for over a year. They refused to work with me on anything. For the first few months it was good then they changed management/employees and it was the worst. Multiple people I know are extremely displeased with their actions and how they treat people. They are disrespectful and rude. They will deny all of their actions but I have multiple emails from them proving otherwise. I would never recommend this company.
