Not bad prices. Wide selection of pipes and other materials for smoking. They sell plenty of lube, a wide selection of them actually and all your other needs for an adult outlet.

Huge selection with friendly employees! The woman with piercings on her face and short hair was quite informed and helpful. Cashier was in a cheerful mood as well and was singing along to music at the register. No one put their hands on me or my partner and we didn’t see any hateful messages on the door, there is something that says no purses or bags or whatever.We did go around 9 pm so not sure if that’s a factor? But overall a great experience and I would go again. I’m so sorry for the people who had bad interactions here and wish they all had seen what I saw last night. Went into the store with low expectations and came out confident and happy.

Well, the staffing used to be great and I thought the prices were too. There's so many shops in the area you could get yourself cheaper stuff at. Also what's up all the strict rules? My friends and I have always been appreciative paying customers, but I guess the new staff can't see that and unfortunately are very prone to kicking people out whenever they want to. One man blared loud music until I just straight up left.

This store is on point, great selection of product. The customer service and prices are very good. The product selection is the best in Syracuse. Disregard the bad reviews, they take customer feedback seriously. The woman who was scoring bad reviews for this business was terminated due to her unacceptable behavior.

Omg craziest thing ever. I was greeted at the door with high hostility. I tried getting my ID out of my wallet but the lady grabbed me and reached into my pocket grabbed my wallet!! Needless too say I grabbed my wallet and left. Never in my life have I ever seen anything like this.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I have never been someplace where the employees were so rude and belligerent, the "manager" Melina attacked me upon entry the whole interaction was insane this place will be closed soon because of the way the employees treat customers! I support local business but NOT this one! Beware you may be attacked at the door!

I bought a pricey product here and had to charge item for 2 days and there was no suction so I tried to return this unused item and they said no and contact the manufacturer so going forward no more purchases from me

Disrespectful, rude, no one has a clue how any of there products work. The worst is the white guy with brown curly hair, ive watched him snap in a instant. Will never be coming here again. Now that I've found a new shop to go to.
