Alex Masterpol made my first property purchase a breeze. He is a wealth of knowledge and great information. He goes above and beyond for his clients and answers his phone 24/7 which is very important to get updates. Would highly recommend to use prime lending and alex for any house purchase!

Alex applied amazing effort to ensure we hit our schedule, regardless of day of week or time of day. We felt like we were his only customer, and I’m sure we weren’t. He also consistently ensured we were both informed from beginning to end, even when we were not together, he always made that second phone call. Finally, when appropriate, he ensured that other parties, realtors and lawyers, knew exactly what was required every step of the way.

Joe Proppe was amazing from start to finish. We have been searching for a home for about two years now and Joe was always available whenever I called to run numbers and give us a preapproval. He literally felt like he was apart of my family, once we found a home the process from start to finish took about a month and that wasn’t on Prime Lending’s part, the process with Prime Lending took less than a month. Me and the wife’s been playing it safe for years. Doing all the right things(no debt,eating out less and saving the old fashioned way) we knew this was going to be our biggest purchase of our life’s up to this point. So naturally at 4 o’clock on a Friday afternoon right before everyone is about to close we start calling brokers. Only one picked up out of atleast 7 and her name is Rita loperfido! She answered the phone and only had 15 minutes until close. She continued to stay on the phone with me for well over a hour n a half . No questions were too dumb or beneath her and she made sure she went over all of our loan options to make sure we get the best rates and program for our needs. Would 1000 percent recommend! Highly recommend!! I was pretty intimidated by buying a home because I had never done it before. Joe was extremely helpful, responsive, and easy to get along with during the whole process. We couldn’t have bought our dream home without him!!

Nothing but positive things to say! We switched to PrimeLending from a different lender and they got us to closing within 2 weeks! The other provider was dragging on for months and PrimeLending stepped up and got it all handled! Would highly recommend working with them!
