Being an elderly widow I needed a lot of help choosing cabinets, countertop, sink, and more for my kitchen remodel. The staff at this place was so patient and knowledgeable even with my own research, they exceeded my expectations. My kitchen is yet to be installed, but they do have some high quality products that I purchased for my kitchen. There is no high pressure sales techniques at all and they answered all my questions no matter how trivial. I highly recommend you check home outlet in North Syracuse before you go to other home improvement stores. Update: my cabinets and counter top are installed and they are beautiful! Even my contractor was impressed with the quality! Now I am purchasing lvp flooring from them to finish 2 floors of my home. Best customer service and best prices on quality materials. I will always go here first for all my home improvement needs. THANK YOU Home Outlet...keep up the good work!

Employees talk to customers like We are stupid. It's ok to ask a customer if they need assistance but when WE say no, it ends. Not try to show me how smart you are. I may dress like a bum or scum but it doesn't mean you know more than me.. FACT.Bartons is a JOKE... NO DEALS HERE

take my word when I tell you that you will not get the service from lowes or home depot that you get from these guys their service just cant beat.. i have ordered a few special order windows from them ..they are always perfectly sized and their prices are unbeatable...also I called and spoke with Chris about a window i had gotten from them that had a small hairline crack in it he said no problem just send me a picture of the damage ....1 phone call was all it took...great service and thank you Chris and Jeremy for your outstanding service you are truly appreciated

Home outlet works with shady contractors where consumers are stuck in the middle. Contractor spoke with Home Outlet to advise them the size and type of window that I needed then I called and made payment for the window. At no time was I ever advised that this was a special order window or that it could not be returned or exchanged. My emails for confirming my order do not even say no returns or exchanges. Today I called about exchanging or returning the window as the original contractor (who ran away to Maryland and ghosted me after having me order and pay for the window that they were supposed to install) had me get the wrong size window and now they want to claim that my item was a special order and that they won’t do an exchange or return.

Although we did not buy cabinets from this specific Home Outlet, they were able to work with the one in Dewitt to help us exchange a damage cabinet. Friendly staff willing to make a weird situation super easy!

Very kind people. You don't back up all the way to the building. 20 feet away from building is what they prefer and they'll off load you with pallet jack and fork lift. I would definitely deliver here again.
