They have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They didn't want to help my daughter open an account or maybe they didn't know how! We have multiple accounts at the branch and they just ignored and refused to help. Awful experience we will be finding another bank.

Consistently, this branch has very poor customer service. It’s rare that you see a smiling face, receive a pleasant hello or leave feeling that you were helped by someone who seemed to like what they were doing. The Liverpool branch is similar. Your staff should spend some time observing Key Bank (North Syracuse) and see what true customer service is.

I've been a customer for years but specifically this branch. The staff have always bent over backwards to assist & help me. They have been polite & courteous. Any issues they've gotten to the bottom of & helped resolve. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Went to open an account and they said it would be an hour wait because they only had 1 person working at a desk. The place looked run down too so i just said screw it and drove up the street to the main st location. They were very nice, place looked a lot more put together and i was in and out in 30 minutes.

This M&T Banking institution is beyond repair since we the tax payers bailed them out ! I would give minus Stars if I could , they are rude and obnoxious for customer service and never wants to do anything for the customer , save yourself the heartache and go to Chase bank where you can be treated like a human being and with much respect

I'm a customer and I withdrew money from the ATM my car got stuck in there entrance way and wasnt plowed I ended up damaging my car and battery went dead instead of asking me if I was okay they called the police on me like I was gonna rob my bank very negative but the police were friendly telling me they thought I was robbing the bank I'm closing my account just lost my business

Rude unhelpful managers

Service is beyond poor. Stopped in to cash a check with proper ID. Told me they we going to charge me 2% for cashing it. It's their check!!! That's just stealing. After looking at the account I'm told the funds are available but they need to speak with the account holder because he hadn't written a check in awhile. They can't get him on the phone so they refuse to cash the check. What a terrible way to treat your customer and potential new customers. NEVER bank at M and T.

As far as I can recall ...this branch is NOT open on Saturdays.
