I brought my car to this mechanic and I told them the issue and everything. The customer service was very nice but after I received my car. I drove my car home and the same issue came back.?♂️?♂️

I had issues with my vehicle regarding a faulty sensor needed to pass the inspection. Jess the lady at the front desk was very helpful, knowledgeable and was kind enough to drop me at my home after dropping off my car. They were done within the estimated time and she also offered to pick me up, the service was amazing. Will be coming here for my next service.

If i could give 0 stars I would. They tried to scam me into paying a lot for my car and still scammed me into paying 200$ for them to tell me that my water pump is broken. They tried telling me my brakes would cost 800$ for just my rear ones. I have a mechanic boyfriend and also a step dad so when they told me these prices i called them and they said these people are just trying to scam people.

Pro’s: Friendly courteous staff, and quick turnarounds, and thorough inspection of my vehicle. Con: My car failed to pass inspection for a cracked tail light, however the cracked tail light works and the broken spot is minor. Tail light replacement plus labor was estimated $500. It’s been cracked and has passed inspection for the last two years even with the cracked taillight with no problem, but every shop is different. Won’t be going back and don’t recommend.

Ive been going to Mike’s Auto since I was 16 (now 24.) They’ve got new owners now; with more staff, more availability, and opportunity. However this past Monday, I had an oil changed scheduled for a drop off at 8:00am. I mentioned days before when i made the appointment, that i needed my car back no later than 1:00 because i had work at 2:00, and they told me no problem. it was 12:30 and didn’t hear anything, so i walked up to the shop because i live close. my car hadn’t left the spot i left it in since 8. there were two open bays, with a few people not doing anything. it took having to say something for them to get my car into the shop, and was done a little before 1:30 and i was almost late to work. love the shop, just was not a fan of my most recent visit.

I went here for my AC. They told me I had a cracked condenser and it would be over $1000. They told me they put freon in and it just leaked right out. THEY ARE FULL OF CRAP. I went somewhere else for a 2nd opinion. The 2nd shop filled my car with freon and told my I have a hose that leaks. They had to order the hose and i have been driving COOL for 2 weeks waiting for it to come in. DON'T GO TO MIKE'S!!!!!! THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT FIX YOUR CAR!!!!!!
