“I can't comment about the rooms as we didn't stay there but the airport shuttle ran by this motel is phenomenal. It snowed while we were away in Florida and I didn't have a snow brush. He cleaned off our car and I'm very appreciative. He was also very speedy with picking us up from the airport only 5 minutes after we called to say that we arrived! Thank you so much!!”

“Simple but VERY clean hotel. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. This place is about convenience. Right across from a gas station. Dunkin Donuts and McDs right next door if you need something quick. Many other food options and amenities within minutes of the hotel. Decent fit was room for the convenience. A couple of treadmills, an elliptical, a peloton bike, weights and some other equipment. Nice and safe area. All doors(except main) only open with key card. Breakfast is included and has many options. Electric vehicle charging stations available.”
“We stayed here after a day of exploring Lake Ontario. Upon arrival, we were told that we were upgraded. The room was HUGE! We even had a two person bubble tub in our king suite. We were warned that we were above the lounge and there would be loud music until 10 or so. We rolled with it. It was fine and we slept very well. The young woman at the check-in desk upon our arrival was friendly, fun, informative and definitely made us feel welcome. The breakfast staff was also fabulous. Thank you!”
“Saturday nights good music good food! Caught Mystyk Groove Machine for great 70's tunes, Owner Wally belts out a strong rendition of GLORIA getting the whole crowd going. Love the kitschy decor with 45 records hanging from the ceiling tiles and board games from way back glued there as well. There is a separate dining room for casual dining. I very much enjoyed the broiled perch with red skin mashed and grilled asparagus paired with a cosmo martini. Fun loving place people are so friendly and service even in a crazy busy night is very good.”
“Very pleasant and friendly staff. Bless her heart, the woman responsible for making the breakfast was so sweet but was working with broken equipment and we were eating faster than she could make things. I hope she gets her oven fixed soon ”

“Stayed here for work this week, what a comfy bed! I’ve honestly never slept so good. I was only there for a night but the room served its purpose and the staff was very friendly. Also you can’t forget your cookie, ever!”
“Clean modern style hotel . Great location especially for "inner harbor festivities " As whe we stayed. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.Walkability: There's a fantastic walking trail on the old rail bed. Two good breweries/ restaurants a short walk away. And very large mall close by.”

“It was like taking a step back in time. Everything was a page right out of the late 70's, early 80's. They have no reason to change it since everything is in great shape & very clean. All rooms are pet friendly which is a plus since the fur boy travels with us. Staff was extremely friendly & accomodating.”

“I don’t know if DeWitt travel plaza is one of the rest stops slated for renovation but it sure seems like it. The only business open inside is a small convenience shop with necessities and thankfully there are bathrooms which are clean enough. there is a sign pointing toward a ‘pet area’ , seemingly a swamp so we did not go there.”

“A couple of friends of mine have been staying on and off at Motel 6 and they like the female Assistant Manager, she's hard working and will take care of your needs. There are some male clerks who work during the afternoon shifts and when my friends asked for towels and they act like they have a bad attitude. There's a night auditor who doesn't have an attitude and he made sure my friends had towels. When my friends asked one of the male clerks on the afternoon shifts about one of the rooms on the 2nd floor, he acts like he doesn't care and laughs it off. Why work in a hotel if you can't take care of the guests' concerns.”
