I want to express my deepest appreciation for Caitlin's exceptional service at the FedEx Office location in North Syracuse on Saturday evening. Even though the office was closing in just a minute when I arrived, Caitlin took the initiative to help with my urgent 50 tri-fold brochure order. She stayed 30 minutes late to ensure everything was printed and ready for me right then, as they wouldn’t open the next morning until after I needed them. Her dedication, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile were truly remarkable. Caitlin's outstanding customer service made an enormous difference, and I am incredibly grateful for her support. Thank you, Caitlin, for your exceptional effort and for exceeding all expectations. Absolutely amazing experience, Thank you again!

i came into drop off a package, they did not help at all didn’t even end up shipping my package now i am getting charged extra for not shipping it on time. the lady worker did not help at all.

I feel like this location is just a bunch of scammers. I came in with prepackaged items and I was told that I had to spend money in order to repackage them because they weren't pretty enough for their establishment it was the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard and it's not okay. Never had this problem at the postal office or UPS I will start taking my business to those places in the future where they actually care about their customers and not gouging them on dumb ridiculous things

The package was delivered ripped and looked like someone had taped it back together (poorly), I am missing multiple items. A few did arrive and one of the items that did was destroyed.

Today is Saturday. I had an emergency and needed something shipped ASAP to be delivered by Monday at the latest. The location is 4 hours away and in the same state. I rushed to the nearest FedEx store- 628 S. Main St. N. Syracuse. (I tried doing overnight express online and it wouldn’t let me process) to get information on how I can get my package delivered by Monday. I was willing to pay $90 which was quoted online for this to happen. In store I spoke to Caitlin who told us it would be $13 for the package to be delivered TOMORROW (Sunday). I questioned the price difference and she told us (my partner was with me so I know I’m not mistaken on what was told by her) it was because it’s going to the same state it would be picked up by truck not plane and therefore be at its destination by tomorrow. Perfect then, my package would get there by Monday. We left for about an hour to go get my package, drove across towns to come back and get this package shipped. Caitlin was there again but now telling us it would be there Tuesday. We were just in an hour ago and she specifically told us, even after we double checked, the package WOULD in fact be there when we needed it to be. We questioned why she JUST told us otherwise because we would not have driven all that way AGAIN if this was not possible. It was made very clear. She had no answer as to why she told us either incorrect information or lied directly to us other than “that’s the only option” and stare at us like a sad puppy dog because she didn’t know how to admit she made a mistake. That’s all she could say when we asked her why she told us otherwise. I could have used that time to figure something else out with a company who wanted to get paid and help me. Seems like Caitlin needs to be retrained on how to gather and share proper information with customers and not lie. There was also no one else in the building so she wasn’t busy, just careless and didn’t want to do her job.

Delivered a destroyed box to the wrong address because the driver didn't want the package refused. Tried returning it, they refused because they wanted to charge me for their box and packing.

Bunch of Sissy boys work for this company. I had a guy scared to get out of the truck because my chickens we’re by the door. Then today he pulled up with another guy and took a picture of my birds and drove off with my packages

My workplace has started using FEDEX to ship some items, which I've started being the runner for after work. This is the location I drop our shipments off to during my evening commute home. The staff here are always quick, helpful, and friendly whenever I walk in to drop off. I've also asked about passports here and they were really thorough on the timeframes. I have no complaints!

Got there at 3 minutes before the scheduled open for business time, met 4 others waiting. The clerk didn't arrive until 15 minutes past the hour, then announced that it would be another 10-15 minutes before they open!
