I had my car towed to them after it wouldn’t start because they were one of the only mechanics in the area that would take a Fiat. I waited for more than one week for it to even be seen by somebody. I called before my scheduled appointment day to see if it could be seen early (it had already been sitting there for 7 days). To my surprise around 3:00 the next day I received a TEXT saying my car was ready to be picked up. Well I had not received a call earlier in the day saying they had looked at it, what needed to be fixed, or how much it would cost me, so I was very confused. I quickly called them to talk to someone on the phone rather than by text and come to find out they replaced the battery. Which they charged me $440 for!!! First, I would think anything costing over $200 should, no doubt, receive a courtesy call prior to being fixed. And second, not only had it been sitting in the lot for a week before it was even seen, but I paid just as much in labor cost as for the battery. When triple A probably could have replaced a battery roadside for $200.

Once I walked into Cantech I was greeted by Mike who treated me like a valued customer. Everyone I spoke to there was very kind, knowledgable and honest. There was no pressure to complete any amount of work. There was no up charge of any extra and unnecessary work like most car dealers do. It was a pleasure to work with Mike. Their texting communication was very advantageous during my busy days. Thank you for everything and I highly advise you to bring your vehicle to this Automotive repair establishment. BMW would have probably charged me twice as much for the same work!

Bought a car from them online without ever seeing it in person. They were very flexible, easy, and great to work with. The Porsche they sold was very well taken care of and matched its description. Would highly highly recommend.

I’ve been taking my 986 boxster to these guys for about a year now and I am extremely satisfied with the work they do. It’s very apparent they care about their workmanship and their staff is incredibly kind and helpful. If you ever have any doubt in your mind that these guys are the best in Syracuse, drive past their shop and look at all the cool cars that are parked out there waiting to be serviced. Thanks to everyone at Cantech!

Knowledgeable, on time , kept to agreed cost,
I felt like the work was done, that i was billed for.
Thorough. A little pricey ,for regular visits, for me. However, i don't have an unlimited income.
I will be back.

This the only shop that touches my Boxster!! I also store with them in the winter months. last year when my clutch went up, they got me in and had me back on the road in less than a week!! Always excellent service!!

I took my car to cantech for a leaky coolant system. They replace a brand new 3 months old water pump. I got the car back. It was still smoking so I took it back to kantech and they said it was a thermostat. I decided not to go with cantech and took it to ST foreign auto. They did a leak test and found. There was no leaks in the cooling system and that it was actually leaking. Valve cover gaskets. I then call cantech and try to Refund they took no responsibility.

From Omaha, NE we bought a stunning Honda S2K from Cantech Automotive. Rocco and Cantech epitomize the best of what it means to be auto professionals. The challenges in executing a long distance sale, delays in our funding and delays with our transport company hauling the car from Cantech to Omaha were handled with first class patience and professionalism by Rocco and Cantech. My only regret is that I can't give more than 5 stars on this review. Cantech has my gratitude for a great experience and my highest recommendation if you are interested in acquiring a fine auto from a trustworthy and professional source.

Most companies let you know how much they charge for labor. This company don't (which they should) then you will receive a crazy high bill.
