“Welch & Co Jewelers offered top-of-the-line service for me and I wasn't even a customer. I brought in an engagement ring that I purchased online to be resized and they notified me that it wasn't real and couldn't resize it. They provided me with a jewelers certificate detailing the process they used to determine that it was fake, withstood the online vendor's threats, and dealt with me when I was asking millions of questions. They did all of this for free, with a smile, and they made sure I felt like they actually wanted to help me.
