“I had such a wonderful experience at New York Bride and Co! It started with a consultation Zoom call with Marnie. She was so sweet and helpful. She took the time to ask me about my preferences, and ideas. She answered my initial questions and gave me an idea of what my try-on day would look like.

When I came in for my first try-on appointment, Amanda was a huge help! She zipped up each dress, fluffed the trains, and added sleeves or veils to give me a complete idea of what each dress would look like. I was not ready to make a final decision during my first appointment. Amanda did not pressure me to purchase a gown. I am so thankful for her patience and understanding nature. She reassured me that I could return to try on the dresses I loved most.

3 weeks later, I returned after looking back at pictures of myself in my favorite dresses. Cheryl was my consultant for this return appointment, and she was excellent! She was organized, warm, and reassuring. She made me feel very comfortable and confident. She knew just how to help me make my final decision, and she helped me say yes to my dream dress!
