Absolutely, hands down, THE BEST storage unit company I've had. They take pride in their business and its evident by the service they give! They are incredibly helpful and they make the entire process super easy from start to finish!! They also make payments easy for online convenience and autopay. A very clean and well thought out facility. Good Telephone support was available for first time users. A little tricky getting the lock back on the hasp, but we conquered it. We recommend this facility on Buckley Road.

Very easy to set up account. Nice people. Extremely easy to pay on line and if ever a problem there is always someone available to answer the phone. Checked to make sure everything was going as expected and if I had any questions. Would rent again without any hesitation.

The storage area was clean, easily accessible, roomy and private enough to feel safe. The lock and gate process has been easy to use, having no issues at all up to this point.

Great people, staff was excellent with questions, and place is CLEAN and in good shape. I looked at a competitor that had holes in the ceiling and sheetrock between the walls, that was dirty and nasty, and this rental at B&C was great! Highly recommend!Online automatic billing, during a pandemic especially was helpful. And the property is kept in nice shape as well. Even during the winter, the plowing was good.
