I want to commend John on his helpful, courteous manner when I came in to ask about my check engine light. John was kind and helped me to use the diagnostic tool. He then came out and checked the battery and diagnosed it as a bad battery. We can now solve the issue.

Amazing customer service and support. Went in to get some wiper blades and the employees saw me trying to read the book to find the right ones and proactively offered to not only look it up but came over to help me find them. He signed me up for the rewards program and offered to get them installed. While installing them he not only did it quickly but explained each step. Wonderful store and employees!

I have been a long time AutoZone customer for years and the continued level of service and ease of doing business has always been great. When I have a auto part need I start particularly at this location and go from there because this team has always seemed to know their stuff best!

Not one employee spoke to me the entire time I was there. Spent half an hour looking for what I needed, for what should have been a 5 min shop; cashier seemed to be inconvenienced by my transaction.
