“Excellent service. Got a flat tire on a highway nearby, irreparable (a big cut) and decided I'd better replace two of them since a long trip was ahead. Rare tires, R14, other shops could not find, but these guys had them and replaced in an hour and a half - not bad, considering I came with no appointment. Thanks, you saved the vacation.”

Jess the lady at the front desk was very helpful, knowledgeable and was kind enough to drop me at my home after dropping off my car. They were done within the estimated time and she also offered to pick me up, the service was amazing. Will be coming here for my next service.”

“One day my car drove great, the next day terrible. One day forward and reverse, the next day only reverse. ?♀️ so I took it to Gary's AUTO on North Main St. in North Syracuse. Gary stated he does NOT do transmissions but was happy to check out the situation and would let me know what I would need to do.In less than 3 hours I got a call from Gary...all my parts are good and gear shifter cable was working fine BUT, a PENNY got lodged in the gear box along with some other loose change. Apparently it's pretty common for "stuff" to fall under the boot and get trapped in the gear box.Gary is Honest, Experienced, and speaks "WOMAN"really well (that means he Listens and is Respectful) and is the BEST LOCAL AUTO MECHANIC for my family! “Best staff ever. These guys are more like family than they are like "just an auto shop". They took care of my mother's vehicles while she was still alive, joked with her.. and did everything they could to keep her cars running safe. They have put up with me and my vehicles.. some of which were older and not so much fun to work on. They have been kind to me times when I was so stressed out that i'm sure I was no fun to be around either. Even when repairs were difficult for them, or a few times when I was sure it was something else (I'm not a mechanic and should just let their guys do their job).. they were still as pleasant as it gets. I have never had them take a bad day out on me and i'm sure at some point they must have had a bad day. There's nobody I trust more and no other shop that I'd go to. Thanks guys .. you're awesome! :)”
