This is the worst post office I ever seen. Important documents with sensitive information get lost and when I asked what happened they told me to go and ask my neighbors if they got it! What a shame!! They should be fired!

I am trying to figure out why I never get my mail. I have lived in more remote locations in the county and never had an issue. Since moving here less than a year ago, within the past couple of months, three times (four actually if you include today) have I not had a package delivered. The first was met with the reason on the tracking of “unable to access delivery location.” I checked my camera that faces the mailbox…no one even came by. Weird? The second package then just said “awaiting delivery” after out for delivery. My mail that day was delivered so why was the package not dropped off? Then the latest was out for delivery and around 9pm, I checked the tracking and it said “held at customer’s request.” No, no I did not request anything to be held. Nor did anyone reach out to me or vice versa. Now I have another package out for delivery today and it is past the time that it said it would be delivered and still nothing. I checked the cameras. Not even my actual mail has been delivered in days. I am really not sure why this is so complicated.
I am only giving three stars so they do not fight it to be deleted by Google. I really what to give one star.

I think this is the best Post Office friendly kind patient some thing you just don’t seem to find anywhere else. I love it. Stephanie is totally amazing. She’s never too busy to help you. It’s amazing. It’s a great place to go to the post office.

Best people to get mail and packages where they're going. Only ones I trust not to treat my mail like garbage.

They seem very understaffed and I get mail delivered 3 times a week at most. I don't know what is happening in this place but they need to get their staff and daily routine in order. Very sad for a post office.

Limited hours. Limited services and cash only. This branch never evolved from the 1950s. If you need a post office in the area, try Somers or Goldens Bridge.

We are blessed to have a local post office that is staffed with women and men who have been consistently courteous, helpful, and completely professional. Thanks to all of you.
