“Katonah Shipping is a great local business with great owners and employees. I’ve been using their services for two years now and they are always helpful, welcoming and greet me with a smile. Recently, I had a very complicated return to make that involved 10 extremely large, heavy packages - not only did they make me feel like I was welcome in their store, they actively helped me solve the problem with my return, load my truck, repackage materials and coordinate the shipping labels. Even on a busy Friday with other patrons in and out of the store, they made sure solving my shipment was a priority for them. They approached the situation with empathy and experience. In the end, all was resolved properly, but I couldn't have done it without Jim going above and beyond on my behalf. The driver was not going to be back until after closing but the staff let us stay and wait to get our package. “They are a very busy little post office at times. I’ve had a P.O. Box with them for over a decade. The customer service has always been great with the exception of a couple times with people that only worked there a short period of time. I would give them 5 stars if they had later lobby hours to get mail from boxes. Also if they kept the bell and door available to get packages instead of having to go to customer service. Which is a new thing since COVID.”
