“Jim at the UPS Store Ridgefield was great. I had dropped off a package that had to go USPS, the package went missing after being picked up from the store, the tracking kept saying a label was made with no movement. Jim went above and beyond, he called the post office told them the issue and gave me updates regularly. Then a week later it suddenly arrived at its destination, much to our surprise.
Thank you Jim for staying on top of this for me you are a great person!

“The front desk staff was amazingly friendly, nice and accommodating. We had to pick up a package that could not be delivered because our warehouse had to close early. The driver was not going to be back until after closing but the staff let us stay and wait to get our package. Then Leo went above and beyond to help us get the very heavy box to our car in the pouring rain. So nice to encounter such helpful and friendly people at the end of an especially challenging day.”
“Katonah postmaster was terrific, I had an issue trying to forward a business address as we moved. Online service was not helpful and she walked me through it and within 10 days or so the business mail started to get delivered, she was patient and so helpful!”

Yesterday Vinny went above and beyond helping me and a friend, who has some intellectual disabilities, with her change of address. He patiently helped and advised us. And kudos to my neighbors who patiently waited on line while Vinny helped us and didn't rush my friend.”

“Those that are giving bad reviews to Anthony and the Croton Falls Post Office need a reality check. I guess you people in the 'burbs need a lot of hand holding. Go to NYC or even Yonkers post office and see what really poor service is about. People who think they shouldn't have to wait in line, need no appointment for a passport , cheat on the weight of the items they use a pre-paid label with or become consumed with someone's soup order need psychiatric care. Most of us hard working individuals have more to do with our time and value someone who is proficient, efficient and in my case open the PO on time!!! Get a grip people. Anthony is exceptional, conscientious and cares about his job. Need to clone this guy!!!”

“They are a very busy little post office at times. I’ve had a P.O. Box with them for over a decade. The customer service has always been great with the exception of a couple times with people that only worked there a short period of time. I would give them 5 stars if they had later lobby hours to get mail from boxes. Also if they kept the bell and door available to get packages instead of having to go to customer service. Which is a new thing since COVID.”
“This was my first time going to the Wilton post office since moving here and I had a pleasant experience. Kevin, the USPS employee who helped me, was kind and professional. I noticed that they have a self service kiosk but I didn't use it but definitely good to know. The post office in Wilton is very nice and right in the town center. I would recommend this post office to anyone living in Wilton or surrounding areas. Giving them five out of five stars.”

“I walked in without an appointment to submit passport applications for my family. I would not advise doing so without making an appointment online, but we were in the area and we had the documents in the car with us so we took the chance. A representative named Randy was able to accommodate us and processed the two applications with machine-like efficiency. The entire process took about 10 minutes. Great customer service.Sometimes you just get lucky, but this seems to be a well-run post office. The representative in the booth next to us assisted about six other customers with various requests while my family was being helped. An individual who appeared to be a supervisor also came in from the mail processing area a handful of times to ensure that everything was moving.Overall, a great experience and I plan on returning for other shipping and administrative needs.”
