“What a great team! I went in to get an oil change. They ran the series of tests to let me know what I needed. My car has over 318,000 miles so never know what to expect. They noticed the belt was shredded and emphasized the need to get it done as soon as possible. The next day I came in and they were speedy in replacing the belt. Which also led to a new diagnosis of the battery that needed to be replaced. There were several people from the crew including the manager that made sure everything was done correctly. That evening when I came home all of a sudden my running lights wouldn't turn off. They had me come in the next day and fixed it immediately and problem solved what was going on and cleaned the fuses from the corrosion. Angel was nice and very conversational each day and asked how I was. Brandon the assistant manager was thorough and very kind and making sure I understood what was going on. I will go back. Very trustworthy.”
“I’ve had many details done on several cars, but none as thorough and meticulous as Nelson did just last week on my wagon. The car had been used a lot in the last couple months as canine transportation for a yellow lab. When I picked the car up, there wasn’t a single dog hair visible. Inside and out, it was the best detailing I’ve seen. And Nelson himself is just a great guy - affable and easy to communicate with for scheduling. If you’re looking for a top notch quality detail - look no further.”

“I haven't used integrity motors myself, but this is where my mom goes for all her car needs and she loves them! I'm writing this review because I had an encounter with Tony (the owner) that was so impactful that it restored my faith in humanity. This might sound dramatic but after having a really negative experience with the initial people I entrusted to fix my car, I went to Tony (per my mother's recommendation). He was so enraged when I told him about my experience with the other guys. He was empathetic, comforting and caring. He even tried helping me to get my money back from them because they did a botched job and ripped me off for it, probably took advantage of the fact that I'm a girl and don't know much about cars. Like the name suggests Tony and his business are truly about integrity!”

“I brought them my absolutely filthy - it's been used as basically a farm truck for two years - little Chevy Spark to be cleaned up before surprising a 16 year old with it as his first car. Even though I hadn't been able to plan in advance and make an appointment, Luis the manager couldn't have been more helpful, fit us in and just a few hours later, I picked up a car that was sparkling inside and out, smelled great (replacing the previous overwhelming scent of donkeys!) and renewed all over. I didn't really have time to do any repairs to the paint scraped off in back after an encounter with the corner of a barn while backing up once but Luis and the gentleman who did the detailing worked some sort of magic that darkened it so it blended with the rest of the car's black paintwork. Couldn't have been happier with the job they did - at a great price. The whole team was friendly and it was just a very positive experience from beginning to end.”

My repair was done within a day, and the car is now in excellent condition - clean and looking like new. Despite issues finding parts and some delays, everything went smoothly and we are so happy with the job done here. Pricing was fair, and the actual cost was pretty much the same as the quote. Hopefully you never find yourself in a situation where you need body repairs done, but if you do then this is the place to go.”
