It seems like the only one there who cares is Ed. Otherwise, no stars- he'd get 5. Rude, slow and seems most would prefer to gossip and text. Some expect customers tobe sure kero pump/air is on instead instead instead instead instead if waddling outside themself. No coffee at 10am ????? Out of date milk. "It's only a job ".... dip had been frozen but so what, no refund because it was open upon returning. Got fingers slashed pumping gas last week, prices high and gas seems to develop moisture. They need employees who care.

My child was having a rough day and was all over the place. I repeatedly apologized to them and while I was cashing out my child climbed on the shelves. Christina told me to grab my child in the rudest manor. I told her not to speak to me that way got my child and left the store. The next day I wanted to make a complaint for the way Christina talked to me and the manager Janet told me to go in and make a formal complaint. I walked in and she refused to allow me to go in a private area to speak with her. She then told me I have no control over my child. I refuse to allow people to talk to me like that when they are supposed to be FAMILY ORIENTED.

After 3 calls. No one picked phone up so I could make a order . I’ll be glad to show manager ... 25 mins 3 calls later . Ordered lunch at other local businesses.

I've been coming to the pit stop for a couple months now and the young man working tonight was nice and very respectful, greeted me and many others as soon as they walked in the door. He seen me walking around the store and even asked if I needed help looking for anything. I noticed his attitude towards the customers has gotten a lot better he seems like he likes his job and respects the people who come. I will continue to come, the food is great the subs are fresh it's a good idea to have the subs already made for when the deli closes.

Zero star is my first choice but not allowed. Rude employees. Tall, skinny, young man has a horrible attitude and always has but has been allowed to get much worse. When questioned why my item rang up over a dollar more than should have been he informed me (rudely) that the price is correct but all the posted signs are wrong! Really? Wow! No apology or explanation and acted like I did something wrong. Is this all items, just cooler items or everything in the store?? In stores that thrive on their customers and a price mistake happens, a adjustment is made at the register for the posted price and promptly the posted sign is corrected. Now grant you Pit Stop has no local competition but this store lacks in proper training in customer service skills, completely. Convenience or not, I for one am avoiding spending another dollar in the North Rose Pit Stop and possibly it's "sister" stores as well!

Paid $4.59 before tax on a salad with grilled chicken. Their idea of salad is just the lettuce they use on subs, and chicken....that is it.
