Brick Schoolhouse Cheese is a super cute little road side stand and bakery. It is a wonderful locally sourced cheese shop and a popular local favorite stop. They offer delicious sharp cheddars, Swiss, horseradish, smoked gouda, pepper jack, and fresh curd, including amazing aged cheddars. They also have fresh baked breads, pies, croissants, danishes, fudge, and other pastries. Their famous pepperoni pizza bread is stuffed full and delicious. The apple pie is called the best. The owners are exceptionally friendly and super nice, offering samples. It is a great little stop on the way to Lake Ontario.

Stopped by for the first time. The stuffed pepperoni bread is amazing, and the 11 year cheese is awesome.
