Please do not trust this company. They stole my money. I went to a consultation and decided to leave a deposit to lock in a price. They told me that as long as I didn't schedule to see the doctor I would be able to get my deposit back. A few months later I went to my primary doctor and found I wouldn't be suitable for the procedure due to some unexpected health conditions. I called to ask for my refund and they told me it was too late to get one. I called again and was told they couldn't issue refunds in office. I reached out to headquarters and never heard anything back. Sonobello is deceiving and can't be trusted. I want my money back!!!!!

My experience was Amazing Dr Ayewah was my surgeon she is amazing. ladies if you decide to do anything with Sono Bello make sure you request her. She play music talk she to you. I did not FEEL a thing in the OR room at all, when she was done I got up like nothing.. PLEASE request her she the best. Oh forget her nurse Lisa I ask her lots of question she also was AMAZING very humble was also making sure I was feeling well.. PLEASE ANYONE WHO DOING LIPO ABEX make sure it DR AYEWAH. TRUST ME SHE THE BEST

My experience from start to finish at Sono Bello has truly been so amazing. I’m at my one month, post procedure mark and I am so happy I made the decision to move forward with my procedure. The staff is really so wonderful, especially my nurse Kristen. She has answered any and all questions Ive had and has been so thorough through this entire process. I am beyond happy with my results thus far, and I am so excited to see the progress I will make within next few weeks. Dr. Sheridan has changed my life.

I had Horrible experience. My surgeon Dr. Koumanis was extremely rough and insensitive . He didn’t listen when i told him the pain medication didn’t kick in and he continued with the surgery while could still feel EVERYTHING! It felt like I was being stabbed repeatedly. Stay away from Dr. Koumanis he needs to be fired & have his license revoked.

My experience was absolutely extraordinary!!
I visited the Lake Success, Long Island for a Trisculpt liposuction procedure removing fat on my upper back, back rolls & waist. I have to admit it was better than I thought it would be. I’m a very scary person, meaning I don’t do well with surgery so for me this was a very difficult decision I made but it was all worth it!! From my initial consultation with Liliana; who was absolutely fantastic!! My preop appointment with Dr. Sheridan & nurse Milian who were so supportive in easing my anxiety & making me feel comfortable. On the morning of my surgery, nurse Monica greeted me at the door with her welcoming smile & made me feel sooo comfortable. Dr. Sheridan performed my procedure with care & ease. I’m already referring this location to all my friends & family. I’m excited about my upcoming massage therapy sessions. Thank you again to the staff at the Sonobello location in Lake Success for your excellent services!!

Do NOT recommend.
I was scheduled for a procedure and was not cleared by my doctor. Liliana assured me that in the event of not receiving clearance all monies would be returned. Fast forward to the expected date of my procedure, I am not cleared by my doctor. The nurse (Marina) is the one who calls me on the date my procedure was scheduled to occur to let me know she spoke to my doctor and I was not cleared. I speak to Diana (a manager I guess) who assures me I will be refunded in 2-3 weeks. Liliana (patient consultant) who promises results that are far different from what the doctor says (but you don't actually see a doctor until after leaving a deposit) calls me to say that I need to reschedule or I will lose my deposit because my doctor cleared me. It's important to note that at this point my doctor hasn't even received my bloodwork back; there's no way he could've cleared me. This is her calling me after I emailed to ask in what manner my credit would be issued. I ask to speak to Diana, the manager, who I was on hold to speak to when Lily's call came in. Lily tells me Diana is not in the office on that day. Mind you, the front office staff put me on hold to wait to speak to Diana, which of course I bring up. Eventually I speak to Diana, who I was told wasn't there that day and she is saying there is no record of me not being cleared. This is a week after she said I would be refunded in 2-3 weeks. The nurse from SonoBello is the one that called me to say I was not cleared. 3 weeks have passed and 1) I have not received a refund. 2) Diana the manager I emailed 2 weeks ago about it has still not replied to the email. 3) Neither Diana or Liliana are ever available when I call. Initially I was considering rescheduling my service, but after all of this I will be taking my business elsewhere. If they are they apathetic in this situation, I can't imagine the horror of having to deal with them should I need assistance after a procedure is done. Do not give any money to them; plenty of other options in the area.

This is one of the best locations! The building is beautiful and the staff from reception to the Venus Legacy tech as well as the nurses are just exemplary. Everything you would hope for on your fitness journey. I highly recommend this location, worth the drive. Thanks ?

I recently visited this establishment for a liposuction consultation. While the workers’ attitudes were satisfactory and the wait time was one hour beyond my appointment, I felt compelled to share my concerns. The advertised starting price of $1500 per area for a minimum of three areas seemed reasonable initially. However, during the consultation, I discovered that their pricing is influenced by BMI, resulting in a quote of $10,000 for two areas, equivalent to the cost of three areas.Transparency in advertising is crucial, and I wish I had been aware of the pricing structure before the consultation. In comparison to other researched options, their quotes appeared significantly higher. Currently, I am exploring Mia Aesthetic to gain insights into their pricing. Honest feedback is essential for improvement, and I hope my experience contributes to a more informed decision-making process for others.

The staff was wonderful I felt there genuine concern about me, after the nurse checked out my procedure areas. She explained how long it would take for the swelling and bruising to fade, what I should be eating the experience on a whole was great ! My doctor even look in on me...
