This place not for business I went there on Saturday buy 3 Sheetrock when I go very first time they tell me put van inside the driveway when I go this Saturday the yard guy so rude it’s early morning without say good morning tell hey put ur van outside I tell him I park my van outside bring 3 Sheetrock I take from hare he have a very bad attitude then I go inside the guy on countertop I ask him good morning don’t say anything then he tries to charge me 3 Sheetrock for $80 I ask him maybe mistake I need only 3 Sheetrock he tell me u don’t listen my guy that’s y I charge u $80 in 1 week I buy over $1700 material this people don’t appreciate ur business in my I never go there I hope the owner of this business read all comments never go back again on the place ??

Agreed with Mark anthony. I was just cussed at by that dude who operates the forklift and has tattoos on his arm and is Hispanic; only because I asked him to replace a block that was damaged. What are things coming to…. Would this ever happen back in the day.. no

Don't treat customers like this. I walk in looking to buy, and walk out feeling like I was trespassing. These guys were rude. The front door was open so I walked in needing supplies. It was 2pm on a Monday. I hear a guy in the back ranting to another that someone walked in. The website said they are open until 5pm and the front door was open, so logically I'd assume they're open. They closed at noon. How was I supposed to know this? I will not repeat what the guy said to me. It wasn't very nice. Perhaps a sign on the door saying "Closed" would help? My advice is to avoid this place. If they treated me (a customer) like this, it doesn't say much about Pioneer's business ethics or customer support.

Folks at Pioneer is awesome, especially John! He is so understanding of our situation and willing to store the brick there for us much longer than expected. The price is very reasonable as well! Will recommend this place to all of our family and friends.

The place is nice and great selections but they weren’t that helpful. I felt rushed and the person I dealt with wasn’t patient. And I went here because of their good reviews! . Definitely going to give this place another try in the future but I’m taking my business somewhere else for now.

I came here for a price on salt rock salt for my business, I was shopping around for prices. Last year I bought from them 1 pallet about 49 bags at 50 pounds each for $8.00 each This year I go in to get a price early for 200 bags 4 pallets and the man who helped me looked at me with 3 heads and said it will be $10.00 per bag. I didn't say anything I just turned around and walk out. They are absolutely insane for ripping people off at over retail prices. This place is the biggest rip off you can get go too. I ended up finding the product that they carry from another place in Nassau, for $5.85 each I will never come here again !
