The worst northwell clinic I went to. Seeing the negative reviews here, I was about to cancel the appointment but then I called the place to ask them if there will be a wait and the girl said that the doctor is seeing all patients on time. Once she confirmed, I decided to start for my appointment. I like 45 mins from there and came to my appointment half hour earlier just so I could be seen in time. We waited fans waited after the appointment time but then I asked the office manager what was happening and she said that the doctor is running late and it will be more then half hour before he takes the next patient. This is such a scam and very unprofessional. They tell patient lies just to have them come and then make the patient wait. Now I have to pick up my kids from acho and I am stuck here. They said they will speak to the dr but no one is helping me.do not make any appointment with this dr name dr. Gottesman.

Disgraceful care. Although medical record was reviewed, doctor did not consult with other physician before proceeding and created horrible medical complications. Impossible to get treating doctor on the phone and he LIED!!! Said he tried calling and left messages. He did no such thing. We tried getting a f/u appointment and told we had to wait til the END OF FEBRUARY!! This has been going on since beginning of OCTOBER . Lied about expediting biopsy results as well. I don’t know how they get away with this deplorable care.

Everyone there is very nice and great. The reason I'm giving one star is because they never have any appointments. I've had a skin issue for months and everything they give me doesn't work and its getting worse. Everytime I try calling, I'm on hold for 30 minute to up to 2 hours. Then the next available appointments are 3 to 6 months away when I'm having pain. This is not ok. It's nothing against anyone who works in the office or the doctors, it's just too busy there to have proper patient care.

Crazy hard to get initial appointment if you have an emergency, but follow up is easy.Receptionist and MA are nice.Residents are very patient, but I do feel a little rush with the doctor. I am ok with this at least I got my issue fixed.Overall not the best but not bad either.

Terrible - I had an appointment...waited over 65 minutes in the waiting room. Finally saw a nurse...waited another 15 minutes in the room for the dr. Never going back....

I scheduled an appointment for April 24 and had it confirmed via telephone. When I got there they tell me it’s May 24 and no one else can accommodate me today because of their mistake. The receptionist was very nice but that is ridiculous and a waste of my time.

Awful experience. Dr shaw was extremely stingy w steroids prescription for my daughter n as a result my daughter relapased. Symtptoms were extremely painful such as throat sores n inabitlity t swallow and eat or drink!!!!!! What a horrible experience!!! Im appalled!!

They have the rudest people answering phones and handling your appointments. They need to educate their receptionists and provide better training. They have no clue about patients with high deductible plan needing to pay out of pocket for office visits prior to meeting their deductible. Kept cutting me off and telling me I was wrong (I had spoken to two other offices with no issues, they knew right away what type of insurance I have & provided me with info I requested). So abrasive for no reason! I just needed to know how much they charge per office visits! (It was $300ish FYI)

This department does not know how to handle a single task. They did not schedule my appointment correctly with the right office or provider even though I have called about three times and have talked to many people stating what I needed. Many of the staff are clueless and clearly not intelligent enough to understand where to direct patients based on their needs. They end up cancelling my appointment and barely made an attempt to reach out and let me know. (One miss call the morning of a business day is equivalent to zero effort…). They also say they’ll give you a call back but will not unless you constantly call and bother them about it cause they’re lazy. They literally did nothing right. Couldn’t make an appointment, couldn’t give the correct location, couldn’t reach out yet have the audacity to be rude and yell as if they have any idea what’s going on. Save your time by going to the city.

What a great experience as a new patient to make my appointment. Hardly no waiting time to get directed to a live person. Spoke with Casey (patient assistant services). What a delightful lady. We said happy belated Christmas and a Happy New Year to each other. What a great start with smiles and happiness. I noticed a Southern accent. Casey said she's from Atalanta, GA. I had actually spent 1/2 my 20's clubbing until 4-5am. She knew the diner Waffle House. Yummy waffles, pancakes and pork chop. Casey asked me what was the reason for the appt and then took down my insurance. Few seconds later she gave me my appt date, Dr's name and Ofc address. Casey said if I needed a much sooner appt that they have other locations. I told her that my Bady is Dec 31. I'm not scaling off or shedding yet. So I'll keep the location closest to me. We both laughed. Casey confirmed all my information again and again gave me my appt info, Dr's name and ofc address. We both happily said Happy Holidays to each other. Who would think making a Dr's appt would make you laugh and smile throughout the call. Thank you again Casey and Happy Holidays. Cheers.

Very long wait times in the office and when calling ? to schedule an appointment. They need more staff, better trained staff and new management. Awful experience with customer service. Also location has awful parking very limited. Very frustrating overall experience. Not happy.

I had an early morning appointment with my 4 year old son. They told me it would be a 45 minute wait, which as a working mom was already problematic. After an hour passed I was still in the waiting room, haven't even been brought into a room- the front desk was rude and unkind. As an office who sees children, I would expect a bit more empathy, at the very least. To stack patients every 15 minutes when dealing with children, making these patients wait over an hour to be seen (and rushed at that) is truly the worst.

Dr. Finelt, nurses and the receptionists have always been so nice to us. We've been coming here for 10 months already and so far so good.
