Came here with shoulder pain a few months ago and the doctors were attentive and helpful. They showed me what exercises to do at home with easy to use products. They were flexible to my schedule and made sure I was able to keep up with my needed appointments. With their help, I am happy to say that I no longer need surgery. They're such a wonderful team and I would recommend them ten times over.

I would like to highly recommend FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Center. The staff Dr. David Lipow and all the employees were excellent with improving my balance issues ? They treated me like family. I just completed three months of physical therapy with this facility and am completely pleased with my results. I was referred to FYZICAL THERAPY by my audiologist because I had fallen and received a concussion. I experienced vertigo for 2 days followed by dizziness everyday. Within 2 weeks of therapy with David Lipow, my dizziness was gone and I began balance therapy. The therapists that worked with me were wonderful! They made me feel like family with their concern, helpfulness and compassion. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful. I'm going to miss them all!If anyone is experiencing vertigo or a balance issue, I highly recommend this facility.

I had a stroke and this staff is great. They are great in explaining what each exercise is and how it works. They are cheerful and pleasant and it's WORKING my gait is SOOO MUCH BETTER

AP, Luis, David and the entire pt staff as well as the girls at the front desk are equally beyond compare in their own right and demonstrate professionalism to a high degree. I have received such expertise that my hand and core muscles are improving.

This office has the NICEST, most PROFESSIONAL & knowledgeable staff......from the friendliest, most courteous reception & billing staff, to theit top tier techs w/ great personalities, to the BEST, most knowledgeable PT's with the finest equipment available to apply to patient care & recovery......all within a very clean & comfortable environment!!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!?????

My experience at Fyzical Therapy & Balance was amazing! The Doctors and Staff were attentive, knowledgable, and patient which was needed during this time of healing. The location itself was clean, easy to locate and provided sufficient parking. My recovery progressed each week with the help of Dr. Dave and the assistants. Highly recommend this physical therapy center to people of all ages regardless of your injury. I am truly grateful to have recovered 100% through their diligent guidance and care.

Dr. Pensavalle and his staff are the best. Within just a few weeks of starting balance training and physical therapy at Fyzical I noticed improvement in my symptoms. Each patient is given individualized attention and continuous monitoring. This is the best place to come to if you are in need of vestibular rehabilitation regarding any type of dizziness or balance issue. The evaluation and the sessions are all extremely comprehensive. I was prescribed physical therapy by my Neurologist in Feb. 2022, due to a diagnosis of Vertigo, Dizziness, Ataxia, and Imbalance. At that time I didn't have any confidence in my ability to walk without tripping and falling outside or inside of my home,. The dizziness and all the fear of falling made me very sad and depressed.I began therapy 2x weekly at Fyzical Therapy and Balance, Lake Success. The Staff, Doctors and Physical Therapists guided me through various exercise machines; A) focusing with specific eye movements while balancing on a movable floor, B) treadmill while watching videos requiring correct foot placement and leg and arm movement to create a stable walking pattern, C) balancing on a movable floor (each leg - with concentration on the knee, foot and ankle - moving independently) while participating in a video (skiing for example), D) balancing on a moving floor (both feet moving in the same direction) to avoid falling, E) riding a stationary bicycle for leg, hip and arm strength. The sessions last about one hour, and they are really a workout. I was wearing a protective harness so I couldn't fall, throughout the exercises.It was difficult and scary and as I improved, each test became a bit. more difficult. It didn't take many sessions before I began feeling more confident in my ability to walk normally. These treatments are very challenging but the Therapists were with me every second of every exercise, directing, correcting, assuring and encouraging me from beginning to end. Dr. Pensavalle also preformed vertigo treatments to move the displaced particles (which cause Vertigo) in my inner ear back to their normal/correct position.I am gaining so much confidence and self assurance from the encouragement, instruction, understanding, patience, and caring I am constantly given by everyone involved in my care at this practice.I am sharing this information and recommendation regarding my exceptional experience at Fyzical Therapy and Balance, with all of my Doctors so that they can direct patients with problems similar to my diagnosis, to this exceptional Practice.Thank you Dr. Pensavalle and Everyone.

Over the past few years, I've been a patient/client of several amazingly beneficial, highly-rated Physical Therapy organizations, i.e. Professional PT; ProMet PT and Metro PT, to name a few....All, thank God, with amazing results, due to learned, dedicated professionals; caring, nurturing environments and my positive/gung-ho attitude!!! Well, FYZICAL THERAPY AND BALANCE CENTER located in Lake Success, NY offers anything but the aforementioned positive, caring, healing attributes. A physician recommended FYZICAL, and I spent/wasted a miserable two months there. I honestly didn't realize how unprofessional, greedy, money-hungry, uncaring; not to mention, how far off of the mark, rehabilitative-wise, the people at FYZICAL were until I found a real PT establishment to address my issue. The front desk staff at FYZICAL is comprised of a very unfriendly cretin, with a surly attitude, who never responds to morning greetings; does not bother to even look up at you when you are asking questions/speaking. There's an old Sicilian adage, "The fish stinks from the head down." meaning if management is screwed up, so is everything below that level. I would allege, that that is the problem here. The Staff appear very unhappy, in this environment. Good riddance to a very sad, uncomfortable environment. These people have no business being in the business of caring for/rehabilitating folks that are hurt/injured. I hope this saves at least one person from wasting their time, energy and money in this unproductive, hostile environment. God bless....

I'm not a patient but I was with Dr. Atillio Pennsavalle at his clinic the other day and he has one of the finest balance and vestibular clinics I have ever been in - and I've been in a LOT of them!Dr. Atillio has the experience, the equipment, the team and, most importantly, he has the caring heart to WANT to help people.The other photo I uploaded is me and Dr. Attilio at the fire station where he serves when he's not working 60 hours per week helping the people of Lake Success recover from their vertigo and vestibular problems.I can honestly say that, if my Mom, my wife or any of my kids needed therapy services, I would, without hesitation, send them to see Dr. Attilio Pennsavalle at FYZICAL Lake Success, New York.
