Everyone who works in the Pharmacy are excellent. Been going regularly for about 7+ years now. Highly recommend this pharmacy.

I just want to reiterate how wonderful and helpful Gina from the bakery is. Last year she suggested a 99 cupcake display cake for my Mom’s 99th birthday. This year for the big 100th Gina suggested the sheet cake with 1/2 sides with different fillings!! She’s so sweet and kind and I can’t wait to see the cake and the decorations!! Kudos to Gina!

Customer service was closed at 8:37pm and they are supposed to close at 9pm. There was gentleman that works there says the girl is on break and there short handed. Meanwhile, they have three workers standing there just talking smh.

This store is a total disaster, looks like they are going out of businesses all the time, no stock, and when they do “try” to stock it’s during peak hours with all the empty shipping carts in the way, in every aisle. They should work on their store instead of buying a $35,000 robot that’s in the way all the time. I heard the manager is the worst ever, I’ve seen him, and I believe that....Hey politics, maybe he’s related to Cuomo?

The store itself is terrible. It's so dimly lit you immediately just feel a sense of gloom walking in there. Items are definitely more expensive such as the Atkins strawberry shakes I usually get - they're $2-3 more than elsewhere. I was accosted at the store by an employee once. I told multiple employees a woman had a non-service animal PUPPY (not even old enough to be fully vaccinated either) in the store in produce where food is openly exposed and each one just shrugged and walked away "not their problem" making sure the store doesn't spread germs (especially since a puppy can easily spread zoonotic diseases like worms and lepto). The pharmacy department, however, is absolutely amazing. They remember me, they've been so patient with some complications on prescriptions, they're super fast, and always incredibly friendly. Now if you can just teach the rest of the store. Not even worth complaining to these people because they just blow you off with "corporate speak - we're sorry this happened" and don't do anything to actually change the core issues - employee indifference, lack of assistance from anyone, and turn on the damn lights! I shop elsewhere whenever possible and use them only for pharmacy now because of how bad and over priced they are and definitely recommend others go elsewhere too.

Would give zero stars if possible. Store is horrible, limited items. The deli is the absolute worst. Ask for something a special way, never happens. The only positive here are the cashiers. All of them are friendly and helpful. Is there any corporate oversight at this location?

This location is awful & clearly whoever the manager is, should be embarrassed. I had 3 small bags of bottles to return, but the plastic machines were full. There happened to be an employee right there but he was bullshitting with someone. When I asked him to fix the machines, all I got was, "I'll shake it, you don't have that many". Isn't your job to service the machines? Of course after he walked away, the machine was "full" again. Please see attached pictures from my 7/3/19 visit. There was literally MOLD & a dead fly in aisle 9 by the beer. How long has that mold been there? At self checkout, this female employee was annoyed she had to walk away from the podium to assist myself & another customer for the sale price of the cherries. After she unwillingly helped us, I turned around & she was back at the podium, on her cell phone. Employees who don't want to do their job & MOLD...this store should close.

Store is a little messy. Selection limited. Some managers/ cashiers are nasty to customers. Maybe they should train them like Amazon trains theirs. Customers make business profitable. Why should our family spend hard earned money to be waited on by rude people? Unbelievable.

Worst Stop & Shop I've been to. It used to be Waldbaums. They didn't put much effort at all I to the changeover. The store is dark, dingy, and isn't as well stocked as most stop and shops. I feel like I'm shopping in an old Waldbaums with a new sign. Drive the extra 5 minutes to Hempstead Turnpike and shop in a real stop and shop.

Prices are too high, and the vegetables are NOT being taken care of. See how wilted and dry the greens are. And not well stocked. They really need to get a handle on this. Staff could be nicer. They were not mean and nasty , but not the nicest I've ever met. However, they do have a reasonably good section in the organic area

There are better S&S locations, but we frequent this one as it's close to our home. It's improved over the Waldbaums that was here, but far from a great food shopping experience. The Good: Generally clean. The parking lot is large. Deli is OK. The Bad: Produce department is at best mediocre in selection and layout. Can't say we buy much meat here, preferring to go to the nearby Primavera Italian Specialties. One particular annoyance... is it just me, or do they train their restocking folks to drive their carts right at you? I swear I have to jump out of the way every visit. Hey management... maybe if I wasn't in fear of loss of limb, I'd linger and buy something!

One of the worst managed and set up grocery stores, including other stop and shops, I've ever visited. Their stock is always low on practically everything and their varity is terrible. There was little to no milk, their eggs are close if not already expired. They throw all their expired products up front and you have to dig in the back to hope to find unexpired items. Everyone that works there seems miserable. They throw silly carts with crap they want to unload that blocks the already cramped isles. They have what appears to be disheveled temps that also block isles as they reorganize or stock shelves. They won't move for you as they give you dirty looks as if you're intruding in their space. I can't wait till they level this place and build a professional grocery company like king kullen, until then I'm done.

Just left the Stop & Shop had a very unpleasant and unfriendly experience. The store was very much in disarray and unsightly, empty boxes in most isles it made it unable to maneuver through the store. There were no workers to be found to clean up the mess A lot of unhappy customers some actually walked out of the store. Got to the cash register and after waiting a long while, we were checked out, the cash register person found themselves unable to help bag the groceries. This used to be a good store don't know what management doing maybe this will help them fix the problem

Well for starters the two young men Billy and Alex (I don't know their last names) were extremely helpful on my visit the other day. They were able to pinpoint every item I needed at the snap of a finger. The parking is great but some stupid black civic blocked my car in. Overall the store, at least in the morning, was clean and I could make my way around easy. My go to spot.
