First time i do my laundry here....100000 points to Lucy she is THE VERY BEST.. so polite, helpful, nice.And David made sure that the place was spotless .... very clean.Definitely i will be back!

One of the worst laundromats that I've used for washing and folding. I don't know how they've done it but they found some of the rudest women to work here. If you have any size blanket/quilt/comforter to be washed please go somewhere else. There's nothing like standing and waiting to drop off your laundry and having one of the women working here pull a comforter/blanket/quilt out of the bag and 1- insisting that the size is bigger than you've stated 2 - weigh said comforter/quilt and insist that it's heavy so it qualifies for an extra charge and 3 - you cannot leave until you've paid for the comforter in full. It's embarrassing for the customer and the people waiting to drop off or pick up their laundry. I had to stand there waiting while a father who was there with his young son explained that he only had $20 on him and since they didn't take debit cards he would have to leave to go get the rest of the money from the bank and they were insisting that he couldn't leave without paying in full or he had to take his laundry with him.Small throw blankets are another story. I do NOT recommend this place.

Efficient, friendly and helpful when I went to do my own laundry the lady told me exactly how many quarters I'd need in order to dry the amount of clothes I had that day.

Very clean store, Laundromat exterior redone beautiful job!!! Friendly staff Laundromat has lot of washers and dryers plenty of parking. BEST LAUNDROMAT IN MASSAPEQUA AREA!!!!!!!!!!!

Honestly it’s clean and the washers are good but the dryers are horrible and take 4x longer then anywhere I have ever been so it’s not worth it

This laundromat is very clean and they maintain the equipment. They have wifi so you can work while you wait. I have used the wash and fold service when needed. They are friendly and do a great job. They have their own lot so parking is no issue. In the evening it is well lit in a great neighborhood. There is always an attendant. All staff are English speaking.

This place is excellent. Very Clean, the staff has not stopped cleaning the machines since I have gotten here. The gentleman running this place is also very kind.

I very rarely go to the laundromat only when I have something that is too big to put in my own washer and dryer. I've been here a few times over the years and it is still as clean, bright, and organized as it was when it first opened. The lady who helped me with brown hair was very sweet and patient with all my silly questions. If you have to do laundry outside your home I would recommend this place highly as I feel very comfortable there

There are positive and negatives to this laundry. The biggest negative and to me it is a killer is they never put the AC system on no matter how hot and humid it is outside. The owners rather see their customers sweat and get their clothes wet from sweat then see them smile and cool. I was told that ir conditioning cost too much for them to turn it on. I tried doing my laundry there since I done it throughout the winter but after two times getting myself wet with sweat I had to say no more going there. A nice place but only in winter time. Once it is hot outside it is a lot hotter in this laundry mat. For some reason the owners think fans cool you off. Wrong.
