Everytime I come here. 7 windows, only 2 open. 4 managers standing around though. Drive to a different chase it will probably be quicker

The tellers that work the drive up service constantly do not know how to cash checks made out by JP Morgan Chase Bank themselves. They always ask for a 3rd(??) form of photo ID and lie about not being able to perform the transaction when they don't know what they're doing. It is the only Chase I have EVER had this problem with more than not. Wasted time and gas moneyThe ATM works great but I will only visit for that. The workers themselves are subpar. Also only one drive up physical ATM for after hours

Terrible, they treated me like a criminal, for wanting to withdraw an amount of My money, and for not being able to express myself well in English, the cashier ladies began to expand the incident with the other customers, something that was a private issue between the bank and me, to deposit the money. No problem, the problem is to withdraw it, verbatim words of one of their employees. Terrible experience.

Unfriendly automated business. Tried 4 times to speak with a branch representative, it took me to several prompts, but not to a live person. The auto response kept sending me to their website.How cheap can a business get to not hire a receptionist? Disappointed.

This busy bank is my bank . The staff is always friendly.helpful and competent. ATMs are handy and pay cash in various denominations .

I stopped by to cash and deposit a check on Tuesday , 7/28/20 . Although living about a mile from the branch for most of my 65 years and having been very much dependent on Chase since gaining custody of my son during a harrowing divorce , this was only my second visit , as deportment in other Chase branches was far more professional ( if one needs to stuff a wad of gum in one's mouth , one should not seek employment in a bank !) . However , I was in a rush , so gave this very local branch a second chance......and was delighted with my teller , Sherine . Patient , well spoken , considerate , very cordial , well kempt , .....and unostentatiously attractive ; if every bank teller was this enjoyable to deal with I would stop by weekly just to withdraw gas money ! ....... Hoping cordial professionalism remains at my local Chase ....and rude habits remain absent .......

I go to this branch whenever I have to bank with Chase. Cooperative staff. Bani Malhotra is the best there. Is very helpful and cooperative.

They must train tellers here, after 30 years of banking here I get ID every 2 weeks cashing my pay check. I am here 3 times a week making deposits for my business. Still get ID. Not user friendly
