“I've been banking with the bellmore branch for over 10 years and they feel like family from the manager on down the line. It's one of the rare experiences nowadays where you feel like your bank is there to help you. I don't know why people use commercial banks when this option is available. All the branches are better than commercial but I go out of my way when possible to go to Bellmore. Island Fed should use Bellmore as the model to emulate. Kathy ,the branch manager, is the most helpful person I've ever experienced while banking.”

Today I went here because I noticed charges to my account that were not from me & John M was so incredibly helpful. He spent about an hour with me & called the fraud department to dispute the charges & gave me so many helpful tips on how to protect my card info from being stolen. Super nice guy, super easy to talk to, funny & extremely helpful! Thanks again John!”

“The best thing I like about the TD Bank location is that they have sort of like a drive-through machine problem is that it doesn’t always work having said that the best thing for the ATM machine of TD is that it can give you multi denomination currency so you don’t have to Carry $20 bills always it gives you 50s as well which makes it very convenient sometimes.”
