Cindy at your North Greenbush store is extremely pleasant and accommodating. She assisted me with products I was looking for and made me feel important to her. Her kind demeanor was very much appreciated. I will be shopping at this CVS from now on, with hopes of Cindy being there.

Normally, I would give CVS 5 Stars because the staff have always been wonderful and the pharmacy is excellent. Today however i was in a hurry had a bunch of things in my basket that i grabbed quick. Then i was waiting for the cashier she was helping a photo customer so i went to the self checkout because she never acknowledged me. I scanned my cvs card then all my items at the end it said i did not scan my card put your phone number in but i could not remember the phone number i used from years ago . I was at a stand still so a cashier had to come help me she said you are gonna have to start over and walked away instead of taking the bag and making it easy for me by ringing the items . I had to empty the bag of items and start over - did i mention I was in a hurry , i am always nice but i was so upset and she knew it and did not care . Sometimes i think this self checkout makes the cashier not want to do their job but in the end these machines are gonna take their job. Adios

The night time Pharmacy staff provided horrible customer service. The Pharmacist never looked up to answer questions, was dismissive, and sent me to an aisle to look for a drug myself. The other two people only wanted to talk to each other and have fun rather than work. I will never go at night again (which I had to do on this particular day). The day time Pharmacy staff works hard, is helpful, AND a few technicians go above and beyond while assisting customers! Kudos to them!

Worst Pharmacy around...went to the drive thru to pick up my medication which I had called to make sure it was really... got to the window after 20 minutes in line and was told it wasn't ready and I would have to wait 20 minutes more so I shut my car off and would not move until my script was in my hands ...waited 5 minutes and got my script with quite the attitude...?

Scheduled for a vaccine booster today; received a text this AM that “due to unforeseen circumstances,” my appointment was canceled. I suppose that’s better than getting there and finding out, but not by much.

I had a scheduled vaccine appointment and the pharmacist, one is the rudest and unprofessional person I have seen in pharmacies, said I didn't. I felt badly for the incredibly professional pharmacy staff who told me it was possible to receive a vaccine. I've never encountered such unprofessionalism at a retail pharmacy ever.

The pharmacy from hell - 6 visits for one prescription, telling me 3 times that "the doctor hasn't responded" so I called the doctor's office and they said they'd sent the authorization 2 days prior. So they text me it's ready, and I show up and the clerk tells me "there's no prescription for you". I tell them I got a text from CVS it was ready. "oh, we don't control those texts, so they're not right." Funny, been using the text service for 10 years now and this is the first time it's been wrong. Could it be this is the first time I've used this particular CVS? DING, DING, DING. BTW, when they finally did fill it, they filled it for 30 days instead of 90, but managed to charge me the 90 day price. So I have to go back to these incompetents one more time. It's the first time I've had these kinds of issues, so it's this particular location, not CVS in general.

Rx just not available even after waiting a week. Was told the CVS at Target next door had it but would need my doctor's assistance to get it from there. My family members have gone without their medications more frequently over last 3 years. I have waited at the drive through 45 minutes when only four cars ahead. I used to like coming here and would have given 5 stars but that's not the case anymore. After 10 years as a customer I guess this location rather I switch stores instead.

These a-holes close 20 minuets before their actual closing time. Not a reliable spot to grab whatever you need. Support a local pharmacy instead.
