Ordered an item on Amazon that they didn't have in inventory. ( Admitted they had a inventory error).Instead of telling the customer about the error they ordered the item from the company. After realizing it wasn't going to come/ship within Amazons time they cancelled my order without my permission to avoid getting in trouble from amazon for not fulfilling order in time. Because of user error on Junctions end, my product showed shipped 4 days ago but today I find out not only was it never shipped but the company didnt even have the item. Managers customer service skills were not existent.

Amazing. But customer service was kind of poor. They had the boots that I was looking for in the size that I needed, But they acted as if I was d*** and were kind of clueless about the shoes I was looking for.But they gave me a $20 buck discount because I wanted to lower the price a bit. Overall, It is worth coming here. I really like this place and this place is worth your time.
