Put the wrong part on. Brought it back to get the right part. Had a 9 AM Appointment. Told me it was a two hour job. When I called I was told they were working on it but could not finish it that day. When I checked after they closed, I saw the car had not been moved. They didn't even start it. They didn't touch the car all day. Had to take it to another shop to get the right part put on.
The car was also missing an ornamental part when I got it back as well.

Went in for inspection on 2019 f350, new my tires were close 3 out of 4 failed, my issue isn't this it's when I asked for a 10 day inspection they refused! You are going to try and force me to buy tires from you! This is not a way to do business! Do not go there for any service not even inspection!
Edit: I found this out after review NYS does not allow ten day for tires. This however doesn't not change the fact this gives most customers no choice but to buy tires from inspecting garage, this is a horrible business practice and the excuse it's NY fault does not hold water!
Edit 2 HI Owner, I did not know my tires wouldn't pass, but I wasn't surprised cause I knew they were close. However it doesn't change what you did whether you're allowed to by NY or not! You made me feel trapped, if my regular mechanic was available you would never have seen me! I guarantee you never will again. I stand by my previous statement it's a bad business practice and I do not recommend you to anyone!

Needed an alternator. Repeatedly told the guy I only had so much money. I could afford the alternator but if the battery was bad I couldn't afford the work. Was very clear about my budget by repeating myself several times. Guy said we'll hope for the best! No! I have just so much money. The battery was bad and they did the whole job which was $150 more than I had!!!! No apologies. No admissions. Didn't even acknowledge my budget which was told to him many times. They were condescending. He stated I approved the work which was untrue. I could have the car towed back to my home!I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. They did work I couldn't afford and still blamed me.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THIS GARAGE. IT'S BEST TO AVOID PEOPLE WHO "HOPE FOR THE BEST" INSTEAD OF LISTENING TO WHAT I WAS SAYING!
