I cannot even put into words how thankful I am to this business. I am a traveling performer, and when I’m working I live in my van with my dogs. I had just started my trek home to St. Louis when my van started acting up and my check engine light came on. I called around to shops, being told it would be days until it could be looked at. I was a mess after the 3rd phone call. I called this business explaining the situation through panicked sobs and they told me to come in and they would get me taken care of.
I arrived at the shop, still a crying mess. I will say I have never in my life felt so cared for by a business. I was treated like a family member, with compassion and care. They went to above and beyond for me and my dogs to make sure we were able to get back on the road safe. I will never forget this experience and am so thankful to these amazing people for taking me under their wings today.

Don't ask questions or shop around or the owner will tell you he doesn't want your business anymore because you "don't trust" him. This actually happened to my friends, who are THE SWEETEST people ever. It really hurt their feelings.

Gallina's provides excellent work and great customer service. Michelle at the desk was very nice and understanding. Took my car in, they got it in and out at a reasonable price. They'll let you know what needs fixed right away and what can wait. They won't charge you an arm and a leg like most other mechanics would, and they get your car back to you as quick as possible. They kept me updated on my car and gave me an estimated time I would have it back, and when I got it back it felt like a brand new car! Gallina's definitely provides well over 5 star service and will definitely be my go to mechanic for any future repairs I may need!

I recently had an appointment and everyone I spoke to there was very helpful, polite and friendly. They did good work and got it done very quickly. The pricing was good and I will definitely go to them if and when my car needs more work.

If I could give a negative star rating, I would! They sat on my vehicle for over a month and then proceeded to give me back the unfixed vehicle without even looking at what I brought it in for. Needless to say, the original issue was still present the next day when I was trying to get to work. The vehicle wouldn't start (surprise) and I was then late for work and beyond frustrated. They finally decided to look at what I originally brought the vehicle in for and guess what.... THAT WAS EXACTLY WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT. Now over a month later, I FINALLY have my vehicle back, but I also have a bill that is over double the estimate they gave me. Apparently I was charged for their little 'trial and error' episode, while they refused to fix what I had actually brought it in for. Oh... and they are charging me yet again for a 200 something dollar job they already did a few months prior because they can't find the paperwork (that I have in my hand). They keep trying to use 'new ownership' as an excuse... If this was the last shop on earth and my car was broken down in their parking lot... I wouldn't even look at the building. Don't even waste your money here!
