“I cannot even put into words how thankful I am to this business. I am a traveling performer, and when I’m working I live in my van with my dogs. I had just started my trek home to St. Louis when my van started acting up and my check engine light came on. I called around to shops, being told it would be days until it could be looked at. I was a mess after the 3rd phone call. I called this business explaining the situation through panicked sobs and they told me to come in and they would get me taken care of.
I arrived at the shop, still a crying mess. I will say I have never in my life felt so cared for by a business. I was treated like a family member, with compassion and care. They went to above and beyond for me and my dogs to make sure we were able to get back on the road safe.
