Staff is always friendly. They never fail to say 'Hello' when I initially enter the store. Most items are easy to find and rarely have I needed help. I only wish the web site were a little better organized and functional. Luckily, they are close enuf so that is rarely a problem.

Everyone there is so nice and its a good place for gifts/cards...i love the beauty aisle!
