I like to shop here for the less usual selections of gifts. I was looking for a nice piece of jewelry for a family member. I found an item, but was unable to have it gift wrapped or have the correct box, information leaflet, or pouch that is customary for this designer.
I had to seek out the staff for assistance, even though we were The only customers in the store at the time. The purchase was $152, and the gift bag that was offered was extra! I declined.
I was disappointed. I now have a gift that lacks the presentation that would make it extra special. If you are going to continue to offer John Maderos jewelry, please go back to offering the whole package.

Such a fun place to purchase Christmas gifts as well as great things for ME! Love the hosting platters and boards that can be personalized with little items then changed for another occasion.

This is an outstanding gift shop! It is filled with an amazing selection of all kinds of merchandise. The staff is both friendly and professional andready to answer any questions you have. We even had a chance to speak to the founder and she went out of her way to make us feel appreciated and explained how the place got its name. It is a great place to shop and support local businesses.

The staff here is always helpful and we have no trouble finding beautiful gifts. We have shopped at Glue Factory for several years and we never leave disappointed and never leave empty handed!

I had gone to the Glue Factory to browse and hopefully find a little something to use a $23.00 store credit I had been carrying around from a return. The credit, I was told, was the same as cash. When I presented it at checkout, the owner, who had come to assist the ladies at the register with the certificate, said it was no longer valid because it was too old and asked where i got it. I was surprised that I had delt with the owner, as I found out afterward, because she was so flippant and unprofessional. It was clearly a store credit from them, and she refused to honor it. How silly that for $23.00, that short-sighted women lost a customer and The Glue Factory will no longer get any word-of-mouth business from me. I did not find my visit pleasant or satisfying.
