Car inspection was at noon on the books was told needed it done by 4 pm it was not done till 4:30 then failed again after fixing everything they wanted fixed will not be back I will take my car somewhere else for now on. I also called at 1 to see if it was done was told in the next hour it should be no problem called at 3 pm was told it be in the next 10 mins I stressed I’ll be there at 4 pm they didn’t take it back till just before I got there end of rant

I was in town for two days when I realized the iwe 4wd hubs on my truck needed to be replaced before returning 200mi where I live in the summer. They were able to get me in and replace / repair the next day so I could return!! Thanks!! Great job!

Love the report they send after inspecting the car. So clear on what needs to be done now and what repairs will be needed in near future. With a 12 year old car this is invaluable to plan expenses. I saved the link to report, so I could check future work and watch for any signs of the condition worsening.

Just wanted to say that this was one my first time coming to Chili Automotive, and it was incredible. The evaluation notes and pictures of my vehicle were like nothing I have ever seen before from a car repair shop. It was unbelievably detailed and really showed the issues that were going on with my car at every level of urgency. Ed was so kind and even explain went over the whole evaluation in detail. I will be using this shop in the future for all my car matters. If you want an honest and reliable place to take your vehicle, I highly recommend Chili Automotive.

Mark at Chili Automotive Repair was a great help when he came to figuring out what was up with my car. Mark provided me with a full diagnostic report of what was going on with my car, with pictures and levels of importance as far as what neded to be taken care of at that time. He explained everything and provided me with clear answers to my questions. This allowed me to decide what I wanted to have them repair immediately, and what I could wait for later. Having this report allows me to plan everything financially so we are not having to spend a large amount at one time. There was no pressure from them to have to take care of everything now. It's good to see honest professionals in our community that work so hard to provide us with the services we need, when we need it. It is local businesses like Chili Automotive Repair that we need to support! Thanks Mark!
