The director isn’t nice or caring about staff or take in consideration of people with disabilities. Only few staff members are honest. I would never send my child here or tell people this is a great place to work because it isn’t. Not enough staff and most staff are not cleared to be alone with children.

My children love it here. My wife and I love the staff and the app. The school really puts an effort to keep parents updated on all things. I do and will keep recommending this place to any parent who asks me.

Unfortunately our infant daughter only got to spend about a month and a half here due to us having to relocate out of state. Her time there was wonderful. The staff is amazing and they do an incredible job keeping the parents/guardians updated through their app. We would highly recommend Childtime of North Chili!

When we went to Daycare since we were just toddlers everything went well and the staff was great. Then when we got into School age us and our friends there were being beyond mistreated by the new staff there and it was the only place we could've gone at the time. We feel we're the only reason our friends even stayed becuase right after we left for good, they did as well. We always had to be complaining about the staff to our parents and the boss of the place not giving a name, but when our parents and us as well told the boss about the staff, they spit in our face and did nothing for how they were mistreating the kids. The staff got worse and worse to the point of you wanting to scream and i'll tell you why in a second. In the summertime the place turns into a summer project like summer camp. In the summterime mostly all the trips were canceled and you could not pick the group you were in to be with your freinds. They split us up all the time on Purpose so we couldn't play with our freinds. In the summer we hardly did anything fun except go on the small un-fun playground. Me and my Sister were as little kids and are still now very appt to saving creatures and animals of all kind. When we found bugs trapped inside and asked the teachers if we could save them by taking them outside most of the time they would not and they would let the other kids kill the bug when we Begged to protect it and they would even squish it themself giving the kids a boost to hurts living creatures an actual quote from them was "it's just a bug" when it's actually not because it's walking, living and breathing just like you and me. There was many incidents there of cutting hair and destroying the others kids objects.

This is the one who wrote that review under termaileane salters, this was the rest of what i wrote...My hair got cut and the offender got into NO trouble what so ever and broke my tablet on the way to daycare on the school bus. When they had this one teacher there, again not naming names for decency reasons, she would make us split up from our friends and in the summer time she MADE us do this performance we did the same each year. Most of the kids did not want to but she made us do it like manual labor or they said we would sit in the office and never play with our friends through the whole summer. On my last week there i went through trauma from all my years there at this spcific one and a few days before my last day on my Birthday my old preschool teacher did something i never thought he would. When i first went to daycare i had troubles with my dad perosnal troubles you all can imigine that made me never trust a man and to be scared of them. On my first day not naming names i trusted the first man after my dad becuase he was very nice to the kids in the beginning when i was in pre-school. Then back to a few days to my last day at the age of 12 i was having troubles with a friend and depression and suicidal issues that i had proven and they KNEW i had to take medication for. I asked for a very understaning female since my friends were mostly female and it was a dramatic female fight. I asked and they gave me my old male preschool teacher. He talked to me and my sister was inseparable with me and i felt secure with her there and he MADE her leave my side. I said what was the problem and he kept blaming me and saying i was a terrible friend and yelling at me which he never did infront of the whole class embarrassing me and leaving me in shock. I felt so humiliated and quickly started having a panic attack and could NOT breathe and was crying as well. Everyone was watching and coutinued to yell and i told him i couldn't breathe amd he said yes you can and i preceding crying. One day at daycare i was having a very bad day and tried to kill myself and the teacher didn't take in seriously and took my jacket away from me trying to hang myself. Many days i almost ran out of the building and wanted to go home. The parents of the toddlers and babies may not know this, but the kids in my generation suffered like me and had a terrible time there as well as the other kids. Thank you for listening and i hope you have your kids go somewhere who actuallys cares about us kids and will take good care of your child.

My child attended the daycare since he was 3 months old. I loved this daycare until one particular teacher in the infant 3 room, threw my 17 month old on the floor by his arm. The director tried to cover it up after we told her about it. I don't recommend this place unless the Teacher that did this and the Director are held accountable by corporate and fired. Corporate didn't even suspend the teacher until they released the video to authorities. We loved the teachers in the other infant rooms, but unfortunately, for our child's saftey we took him out of this daycare.
