Matthew took his time to inspect both sets of earrings meticulously, down to the small diamonds that make up the halo.He was able to provide us with jewelry identification reports for our records. Matthew is experienced, well-educated on gems, and was kind and patient through the whole process - answering all of our questions. “I dealt with two individuals named Shamara and Ibraheem at GEM PAWN BROKERS today , Monday March 11th, 2024 and I must say that the experience was pleasantly surprising! Both individuals were the epitome of respectful, courteous, kind and at the same time professional in conducting business! “I went in to get the spring on my chain fixed and although I did not need to pick it up till later that day, they still offered to prioritize it if need be. My chain came out fixed and even looks like they may have polished the pendant as well. I will definitely be back.”
