“Really beautiful, well kept supermarket. Loads of parking, plenty of wagons. Clean, spacious aisles, well lighted, plenty of different departments. Busy store with lots of employees. Adequate number of cashiers. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and helpful. Fruits and vegetables were well stocked and fresh. All aisles are packed with merchandise. Bathrooms available. Appetizing, flowers, frozen section, baked goods-everything you could possibly need. Nice store.”
“This place is amazing. Def a gem on Long Island for sure. Only issue I have is the hassle to get someone on the phone at times to place an order and there’s no system for online ordering or a number for the kitchen. Apart from that this place is great , staff is great , quality is great”

There are a wide variety of Israeli and Sephardi options- ranging from snacks, appetizers, entrees, and desserts. Everything we got was delicious and fresh. It was great to see the store crowded during the weekday, and we will continue to come here while we still live in the general area.”
“Assalamo Alaikum bhi.3:30 pm today I bought beef and if you see the cc photage, the butcher can clearly be seen cleaning nose with back of the hand. I appreciate your hallal service but please please train staff for hygiene along side hallal. Hallal means also best hygiene practices as Hazoor PAK taught us.I have been buying meet from Maharaja and other hallal places they use good quality tissue to clean nose water and never give an impression if meet was touched with nosy hands or sneezed upon. Please take my suggestion and boost your sale. Only because of this reason I buy it somewhere lease. Last time I personally complained the brother there but rather he used insulting words and told me not to make a purchase (buy some where else).Please bother to fix this issue and help Muslim community best hygiene in your store please pleaseI did not have any other way to reach you. “The parking lot is always insane and the store is smaller than other Trader Joe's locations, but it's still a great store. The store may be small but I have yet to come up short of the products I'm looking for when shopping there.”
“It's a good Asian supermarket in Long Island without one going all the way to Flushing. I wish the prices could be even lower :-) The reward is 1% but you need to wait until $1000 before you can use $10 ?”
“Small but very nice Japanese grocery. I bought a bento and it was very good, bought some miso, mushrooms, dashi and other items. It was reasonable. The cashier was very helpful.”

“As with most Trader Joe's, a happy shopping experience. Took a little one to the bathroom and found it scrupulously clean. With the LIDL, Wendy's , Taco Bell and Burger King adjacent, I recommend entering from eastbound Merrick Road and exiting via eastbound Merrick Road. The turn onto or off of westbound Merrick Road can be harrowing.”

“Wow, what a place. I've been coming here for years. They literally have everything under one roof. The produce section is second to none. They always have specials on many items throughout the store. They have meat, deli, fish, bakery, and produce. Sorry if I've missed something. Go see for yourself. A fabulous experience.”

Their produce section is always fresh and fully stocked, including a fantastic selection of poultry and essentials like yucca and Dominican avocados. The staff, especially the cashiers, are always friendly. It's a supermarket with a diverse selection, including a delicious and affordable hot food section, fresh fish, and a wide range of produce, making it a convenient one-stop shop for groceries. The location is easily accessible with plenty of parking. They also offer a variety of ingredients from different cultures and are always willing to help you find what you need. I'll definitely be back and recommend it to others.”

A large, bright, airy supermarket with dedicated and well-stocked meat, seafood, deli, and bakery departments, a fantastic fresh produce department with everything you could possibly be looking for, including exotic Caribbean staples, prepared foods and sandwiches, fresh-made sushi & rolls, and an extensive assortment of canned and frozen items, cooking and baking needs, dairy items, cleaning needs, etc., all super-clean and attractively organized. But the best part is how friendly and available the entire staff is, from the people stocking the aisles to the various departments' attendants to the cashiers -- it's an amazing shopping experience, something you'll never find at the big chains. So glad I gave them a try!! (I should add that I've now shopped here several times and the experience has been consistent).”

“I'm only taking 1 star off because isn't it known as a dairy place but has no chocolate milk? HOW? WHY? lol. Anyway my dad supposedly told us about this place years ago and our son would like it, but it wasn't until my hub's coworker told him about it did we say lets go! Took our son and y up he loved it. Got some yummy cookies, tried the cider, and debated strawberry milk but nah. Also of course tried their ice cream which is good. We'll probably come back around halloween, maybe they'll have some kind of chocolate milk or I heard it's cool for the holiday :P”

Their customer care and meticulous attention to detail is unmatched. The cake was huge, delicious, and the price unbeatable. I have a lot of experience buying custom cakes at bakeries in the area and I can confidently say no one comes close to Salpino’s on price and quality. And for me, the experience is just as important as the finished product, and Salpino’s wins on both. They are definitely my go-to for cakes from now on and I highly recommend!”
