If I can give no star I would, the most laziest ppl ever the numerous times I walked in and was advised I have to pack my box lol when I paid numerous times for them to pack it so either they are not properly trained or they lazy and want to turn u away on purpose, then the inconsistency in pricing I asked why I was charged differently for the same Sneakers box in a time frame of a week so when I pointed out the inconsistency I was pegged, last time I went I was charged a regular fee for boxing the item and extra 2 bucks other service fee when asked why the manager Lisa replied cause I asked about the inconsistency in pricing now they changed their pricing which is illegal and will be filing a consumer affairs report for investigation, I then called owner Raymond Bartlett who felt cause he gave me the time to voice my incident I should be grateful and got upset and defensive after I explained everything and felt threatened cause I advised I will be complaining and filing a report to consumer affairs he obviously is condoning the irregularities in the store

I have been using the UPS store at this location for years. I have never stood online for more than five minutes. I do make it my business to be at the store a couple of minutes after it open for business. I haven’t had anyone rude to me, but they’re very businesslike. I am probably at this location at least once a week to send back my AMAZON packages.

Understaffed! Two people working on one person. If you have Amazon orders please take them to Koles!!! There is no need to take 50+ items to UPS. Long line and waiting for 15+ minutes. When asked for a manager higher than the one on staff he said "You can look it up and have fun doing it" to a customer voicing concerns.

I received a very large package full of incredibly breakable items and fragile antiques that was packed and shipped by this location and everything arrived in absolute perfect condition. I was shocked, because of the breakable nature of the items I assumed there would be some breakage in shipping, but everything was packed so well. I am super impressed by whoever packed this box!

worst ups there is
the employees over there try to always make you purchase a box from them
ive been there multiple times and all of a sudden they tell me i cant use my own boxes for returns. I bought a corona LED sign which came in a box that said corona on it and the employee there told me i cant ship in a corona box because it represents alcohol. The sign was shipped via UPS in the same box. so i took it to another ups and guess what? no problem they returned it back for me.
also my mom prior to this also ran in to the same issue where the employee over there charged her 20 dollars because he said the box she has is no good so he made her buy a box for 20 dollars

My father spent $700 to ship to 85 inch TVs for me and stupid us thinking we could trust professionals at UPS to package the TV safely. Both TV showed up in pieces looking like they were broken by a baseball bat. The owner is very rude and careless and does not give a damn about anybody but himself, his workers screwed up my receipt. They never asked me about insurance and the owner is telling me that I insure an 85 inch TV for $100. What sense does that make? He must be dumb stupid or both do not use this store for packaging and shipping ANYTHING

Went there to get something important notarized and the guy when I walk in is so condescending and rude then makes comments and jokes as I walk out. If you do not like your job sir quit because being nasty and rude to people isn’t the right way to handle things. I will not be using this location going further and I’ll let everyone I know to steer clear. Hire better people

Horrible location. They charge you $5 just to print a label. Mind you this isn't the shipping cost, it's the price of printing one piece of paper. They told me I can go to the library to print the paper and then come back if I wanted to avoid the theft of $5. When I said that was absurd, they started preaching about the storied history of UPS. Horrible people. There is a reason they got horrible reviews. Don't go there. The one guy might eat you, he looks hungry all the time.

I never have a problem when I come here. It’s always a quick in and out. Thankful for that considering the other two locations near me, Babylon & lindenhurst, are TERRIBLE.

I had a very important document to notarize and I ran to the store. I got there 10 minutes before closing. As I entered the store I saw the notary running to the back to hide from me. I was told that she had left early. I’m not taking any of my business to this place anymore.

Always great service at this location, the manager Lisa is the best. The tall asian kid is a little weird though but seems friendly enough
