First time eating uncle giusseppes food. Paid 13 dollars for a single slice of meat lasagna. The ricotta tastes sour. Will not be eating their food ever again.

Quality and freshly prepared dinners/meals/snacks/treats Great soups!
It's good to have a coupon or to know what's on sale before you go! I would say moderate to High+ in price but you're getting Great cooked meals, penne alla vodka, all kinds of prepared pizzas & pastas freshly made. Great homemade sauces. The freshest mozzarella. Also.. a very cheerful atmosphere during the holidays

I love Uncle Giuseppe’s however the one in Smithtown, definitely not this one! I couldn’t wait to try the fish fry that they have on Wednesdays and Fridays! I went today and it was the worst experience ever at an Uncle Giuseppe’s. I ordered the calamari combo for $16.99 with chips, and Matteo was the rudest attendant ever! I spoke to an assistant manager who basically did nothing, I asked Matteo if everything was in the bag and he just nodded his head to my understanding he speaks Spanish which I do as well but still he didn’t communicate! I get to the car with my order and no Cole slaw, and when I got home hardly any calamari! I had more chips and marinara sauce, then the actual calamari! Terrible management service as well as terrible staff in the fish department! Not worth the hassle nor the $. $16.99 for chips! Will never go to that one again will go to Smithtown, farther for me but better service hands down! I should have tried voodoo crab that opened up next door, I would have paid less and I’m sure I would have been happier!

I'm giving two stars for two main reasons. First and foremost, the seafood section is disgusting. I not only once got bad salmon that was fishy as hell, slimy and literally fell apart in my hand but why is it that half the time I go there, the majority of the store smells to high heaven of bad fish. That should never be the case. There has also been a number of times I purchased something, only to have to go back to the store because the items were expired, some by almost a year! No quality control here which is a shame because they have some good items that you wont find in an ordinary supermarket. For the crazy prices they charge, these things should never be happening. Where is the manager and what exactly is this person doing?

Clean and neat! Always friendly staff and customer service will actually go to the other side of the store to check an item! Any issues are always rectified if any! I’m a regular here and know many of the employees and managers and am always greeted and made welcome.

Good food, but it can be a bit pricey at times. I like to go when the hot food is discounted at around 7:30 pm (depending on the location). Check them out.
