“I had to fax some important documents. The young man behind the counter was too busy with his project despite seeing myself and another woman waiting. Howard helped me fax my documents and waited with me until I received the confirmation. He was friendly, helpful, and is definitely an asset to the company. Very appreciative for his help, and I'd go back to this location again because of him! My one complaint isn't the employees fault...it cost me almost $20 to fax 9 papers! I was assuming $10-11, but $20 was mind blowing! Not the employees fault, but definitely something to note if you have several documents you need to submit.”

I do make it my business to be at the store a couple of minutes after it open for business. I haven’t had anyone rude to me, but they’re very businesslike. “Always use them when I'm in NY! They make it very convenient to return or drop off packages through UPS. The only downfall is that it's inside Staples so if you don't know UPS is there you won't know to go there.”
